Come stay and visit the Avenue of the Giants,and see the redwoods! 5 acres fully fenced with automatic gate. King size Tempur-pedic mattress and two bathrooms. One with a walk-in shower and one with a bath/ tub combo….Close to the highway but very private....it is located between the towns of Miranda and Myers flat . No neighbors within eyesight.Enjoy a nice barbecue out on the deck next to the redwoods and beautiful flower garden or cook inside…. The Avenue Cafe is just a couple miles down the road also….. House is equipped with a full kitchen with everything you would need to make a fabulous meal.…. just like your own home.
Smart TV in the bedroom and in the living room….. Starlink Internet.

The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. I didn't use the BBQ but it was clean and ready to use. The location was great and the adjacent redwoods and view of the river were just what I wanted.

Sorry I could not rate this 5 stars. Only because of one issue. Check in was easy, the host was communicative with and super nice. The house was lovely and clean.The issue was, when you pay hotel prices there are basic expectations. This being, body wash and shampoo. When I asked about this, the host said this is not supplied. I find that shocking. Anyhow in the end, she sent some used bottles over. Otherwise, it really is a fabulous place and location, tucked away in the beautiful Redwoods.

Perfect , visiting redwoods, to the beach

right off 101 / Ave. of the Giants, (redwoods), easy commute to small towns, hiking, fishing and Shelter cove (black beach too). Home and grounds were lovely and well appointed. Owner was a joy to work with. Would / will stay here again.

Fabulous Place

This is a fabulous property to stay in — spacious and beautiful in an idyllic setting of Redwood trees. Perfect location just off the Avenue of the Giants in Humboldt Redwoods State Park. Couldn’t have been better.

Relaxing in Miranda

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and comfy home. The location was great for our trips to the redwoods for hiking and to the nearby towns for a bite to eat. Sandra was communicative and helpful.

Best place we stayed in our 3 weeks in Cali. Amazing host. perfect location for the Highway of Giants and Humboldt. Full kitchen, perfect to cook a full meal after a long day hiking. Highest recommendation

Wonderful getaway!

This property is packed full of charm. Everything is beautifully cared for. Clean and comfortable. If your looking to unwind next to the giant redwoods, this is a ideal location. At home in the Redwoods

This house is beautiful. Perfect setting. We really enjoyed the private setting. Didn't mind the 10-15 minute drive to Mirada(nearest restaurants/gas station). Perfect location for the Avenue of the Giants. The house is immaculate. Great sitting areas both inside and out. Security fence with private gate. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful spot

This lovely house is in a beautiful spot overlooking the highway and the Eel River valley, and very conveniently located to explore the Humboldt Redwoods. Lovely outdoor spaces as well, although the mosquitoes were out while we were there. A couple of the directions for using the home could've been more clear, but Sandee was very quick to communicate and clear things up for us.

Yes, This time of year we have mosquitoes.... that is part of nature.... most people have no problem with a combo front door lock. I am sorry and it was confusing for you....
