Would never stay here or reccomend this place.
The mattressss in this place are the worst. All of them were terrible. We are world travelers. Only a jungle shack in Costa Rica could compare but it was only 20 a night. I could find positive things to say but i wont because we all suffered on the slopes all week long due to lack of sleep and aching backs.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. This is the first time we've had a complaint about our bedding. We use those beds when we and also our friends stay. We actually sleep well there with the heated mattress pads. We are headed there in the next couple of weeks. We will make it a point to check the bedding.
Property is well located within Town Center, and not far from Ski Resort lifts. I took a shuttle which was very convenient, saved me time to park the car. Condo had everything we needed to prep small meals and relax.
Visited Breck for a ski vacation.
Pros:
Nice layout for a two bedroom, 2 bath condo.
Nicely appointed and decorated with all the supplies needed.
Elevator and covered parking were a plus.
Convenient to Main St but far enough away to avoid noise and crowds.
Cons:
Place was dusty.
Should have at least two sets of bath towels per person for a 5 day stay.
Bedrooms freezing cold - need to overhaul heating system. Thankful for heated mattress covers.
Wondered when the furnace filter was last changed and dusty vents cleaned.
Wonder when the blankets and throw pillows were last cleaned.
The condo really needs a deep clean overall.

Catherine,
Thanks for the input. We will make our cleaning crew aware of your comments.
I will say the filters are changed 3 times a year and were just changed in December.
we have bedspreads cleaned professionally as needed.
Hope you will return soon.
Glad you enjoyed your stay..
Location: very good. Just a short walk, drive, or bus ride to Breckenridge village shops and restaurants. The free bus to ski lifts is right outside the building; quick and runs often.
Condo unit: spacious top floor unit in a quiet building. Kitchen stocked with essentials (plates, pans, silverware, etc.) Decor, finishes, and furniture is a bit dated, but all is functional. Lighting seemed dim (lamps in master bedroom need to be switched on manually - not operated by light switch.) Great views!
Building amenities: elevator and coin laundry in basement are convenient ($1.50 to wash + $1.50 to dry) - we left a jug of detergent for future guests ;-) Covered parking spot is great - no need to scrape snow off the car in the winter! :-)
Owner is responsive, and promptly resolved an issue that we encountered (unit needed cleaning).
This property was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, spacious, and super close to everything in Breck. The pictures of the inside do not do this property justice.
This property was well represented in it's description and wonderfully located. We had an amazing trip and would be happy to return in the future.

Nice place for the price.
We stayed in this property the week of New Years. The pictures offer an accurate description of the property. The bathrooms and kitchen were recently updated and are nice. The rest of the unit is a little dated. Realistically, the unit will only sleep 4 unless someone sleeps on the couch which is not a pullout. The futon is incredibly uncomfortable to both sit and sleep on - even for my 13 year old who ended up sleeping on the couch. Great location with the Breckenridge Free Ride bus stopping in front of the complex. A 10 minute walk to town but walking to and from the closest lift is a hike. The community hot tub was touch and go - about every other day it was off line. The price is right for what you get which is a great location and wonderful views of Peak 9 and 10. With the king and two twin beds, It would be appropriate for a family of 4 unless someone sleeps on the couch. We experienced a clogged toilet and had a few questions about the unit - the owner was very responsive and took care of the issues in short order. I've stayed in a lot of rentals in Breckenridge and can tell immediately which ones the owner spends a lot of time in and which ones are used primarily as rentals - this unit is primarily used as a rental.

We are glad you had a good time in Breckenridge. We are sorry about your son's experience on the futon, but several of my friends sleep there because of the firmness.
If you continue on Shuttle to Beaver Run, the stop 'after' the Village lets you off 50' from Beaver Run lift.
Also, between friends, family, and our employees, we use the condo privately the majority of the time, winter and summer, only renting typically during major holidays.

The rental was in a great location with quick access to the shuttle and downtown. Check in/out was very easy and quick. It had plenty of room for the five of us and had a great view from the balcony.

Very Convenient Condo in Breck
I just stayed here with 3 buddies of mine and couldn't have been happier with this condo. It was very clean, upgraded kitchen and conveniently located to the shuttle stop. The condo is on the top floor but the elevators make it easily accessible with luggage. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great place to enjoy Breck on a budget!
This property is very reasonably priced and worked out great for our family of 4 to enjoy a 4-day snowboarding trip to Breck without going broke! Everything is pretty much as pictured and described. The bathrooms and kitchen are a little outdated, but it was clean and all the appliances, showers, stove, hot water heater, etc., worked well. The fireplace was especially nice, and the 2 covered parking spaces were a plus as well. All in all, we were quite happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

About the host
Hosted by Trey
My wife and I live in Austin Tx. I was a ski bum in Aspen when I was younger and always dreamed of having a place in Colorado. We love Breckenridge because it has all the charm of a historic mining town plus great skiing, biking, and wonderful people.
Why they chose this property
Ski and Racquet Club is perfect for us as we love being on the edge of town with Blue River Frontage and great views. We are close enough to walk the 2 blocks to town or take the shuttle. The Club House with indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub come in handy after a day of skiing or biking.
What makes this property unique
We enjoy spending time in our mountain home enjoying the sunny views to the south Mt Baldy and Hoosier Pass. In the summers we love to have a glass of wine and watch sunset from the deck. Since we are Top Floor Corner Unit the added privacy means we never have to close the blinds.
