Perfect WNC cabin
Perfect cabin for a few days in Western NC visiting friends and taking my daughter on college visits to App State, etc. The hot tub was perfect, beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. If you don’t mind being 30 mins from Boone or Wilkes, it’s a great find at a more than fair rate. Would most definitely stay there again!

Cute cabin gettaway
We all loved our stay at this property. It was comfortable, relaxing, clean, and stress free. There was a good supply of towels, super comfortable blankets, and more. Would recommend this to anyone and am would go back in a heartbeat! I also want to mention how kind the owners/renters were and they were able to work with us and communicated well. So thankful for the great experience!

Great Place to Relax and Close to Everything
Overall the cabin was wonderful. Everything was as described in the listing. Hot tub was refreshed twice during a 7 day and the young lady was professional and had cute well-behaved dogs that patiently lounged on the porch. The cabin was well appointed and stocked with all dishes and cookware. We didn't find any hand towels/dish cloths meant for the kitchen so we used spares from the bathroom. Beds were comfy, mini split A/C and ceiling fans kept it nice and cool. Outdoor seating around a firepit with wood provided. The only thing approaching a negative was the water. Seemed to be well water and at times it had a slightly sulfur smell. I grew up on well water so I wasn't skittish but we elected to drink bottled water as the taste did seem slightly off. The team at The Carolina Experience communicated in the days and weeks leading up to our stay. They promptly sent a door code, map and instructions on check-in day. Though we didn't need them for anything during our stay i got the sense that they would have been prompt and helpful if we needed anything. Boone and Blowing Rock close by. Ten minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls/Caverns and more all within an hour or less. Highly recommended.
