Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Maximum of one car allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite. Saltwater. Heated.

Vista Waikoloa F101 is located on the ground floor of Building F at the Vista Waikoloa. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Vista Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Vista Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Everything was exactly as described if not better. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything promised. Beach gear was amazing! View and location was beautiful. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean and in excellent condition.

Unit was very nice with everything we needed. Loved the pool area and the unit looked out to the golf course and the mountains.We did end up moving to a different unit as there was construction being done on the unit above us, and were not able to use our lanai as much as we would have liked. This was a temporary issue only the week we were there.

Last minute trip

This was a last minute trip to participate in the 70.3 Kona Ironman. The communication with the host was great. The condo was perfect for our needs and central to a bunch of services. The host was flexible and supportive when we needed a late checkout on Sunday before our flight. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the property.

Nice clean spacious place

We stayed for a week. The place was very nice and well maintained, with central air conditioning. There is a beach within 10 minute walk which is convenient for a quick visit to the beach. There is a Market within 10-15 minute walk, or 5 minute drive. The pool has two jacuzzis with a pool long enough to do some laps. I did find a few bugs (ants) and even a cockroach inside the apartment, but this seems ocasional and probably unavoidable in such a humid location, so care is needed to keep kitchen clean. Overall, we had a very good, confortable time in the site and enjoyed our vacation.

Excellent location in Waikoloa! The unit is on the ground floor parking right at the entry of the unit. The beach supplies were a huge hit and so very helpful versus having to otherwise rent such things at local shops. Master bedroom and master bath were amazing, as were the outside sitting areas.
