Enjoy this tastefully decorated and spacious townhome in the heart of Capitol Hill! Stay in, or head up to the private rooftop for a great view of the Seattle skyline, Space Needle, and Mt. Rainier on a good day. The home is close to Amazon, UW, Seattle Japanese garden, Pike Place Market and more! Walking distance to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, city parks, bus stops (lines 8,10,43), and link light rail station. Close to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street - best of both worlds!
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1394 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps at the entrance.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining. Air conditioned.
• Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Heat only.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating and great views!

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. Paid public parking is available nearby.
• Please note that construction on 14th Ave is ongoing from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. For everyone's safety, please refrain from parking in front of the construction site during these hours. We appreciate your understanding!
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
