Nice quiet landing a few blocks from the action on Duval Street. This is a Saturday-Saturday weekly home for the rest of 2025. Enjoy one week for the rest of this year. January 2026, this beautiful condo will become monthly! Rentals will begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of a month in 2026. Make plans to stay longer and really relax or work remotely from paradise for a full month in 2026. Either way you will enjoy:

Wonderful location close to everything! Duval street, beach, park, bars, restaurants, shopping…everything! Nice pool, quiet neighborhood, full kitchen, bath and laundry, great porch, everything you could need! Included bikes as well but we just walked everywhere. Would definitely stay again and hope to! Met the homeowner also, she was very nice!

Birthday Getaway

This condo is tucked away in the perfect spot in Truman Annex…we were steps away from the pool, a short distance from the beautiful water and beach at Ft Zachary and just a little walk from Duval Street. It was a wonderful place to spend my birthday and celebrate America, too!

Perfect!

This property was perfect for my husband and my early 28 year anniversary as well as our 1st visit to Key West! It was clean and well stocked, and so close to everything! Communication with our host was excellent. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone else wanting to get away for a while.

Best anniversary trip!

The condo was perfect for our 30th anniversary trip. It was clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location. The Truman Annex is quiet and beautiful, and close to everywhere we wanted to go. We walked or biked everywhere. We enjoyed the pool, the bikes that were included with the condo, and a special anniversary gift from our host, Susan.

The property was perfectly located to the action of Duval Street but far enough away to take a break. We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday and the condo was perfect! Awesome deck … so close to pool … clean, comfortable, perfect!!! We will be back for sure.

Beautiful condo and perfect location

Perfect honeymoon week even with cancelled flights and lost luggage. The Listing is perfectly accurate, the communication was top shelf (thanks again Susan) and the location was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Bikes and the pool were also a daily routine and neither disappointed. Hot week but the condo always refreshed us upon our return.

This is a great rental unit with plenty of room for a couple, convenient amenities including reserved parking, 2 bikes, beach chair, umbrella, full size laundry, walk-in shower and located right across from a community swimming pool and steps away from street and walking distance to the beach as well as Duval street and Malory Square. Will be back for sure.

The condo was very comfortable and I appreciated the keyless entry being my phone number. The owner was most accessible and left excellent instructions. Locations could have been more clear: initial difficulty finding unit from parking lot upon arrival, and needed help locating the garbage/recycling bins. The area was very quiet and much time was spent on the balcony; it was delightful.

Property is as described. I overlooked it is on a 2nd floor with no elevator access. Hard to get luggage and ourselves upstairs. Parking lot is confusing as spaces are not in numerical building order. Parking space is not a short walk to the unit.

Perfect place to stay to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday!

The location is easy to find and within quick walking distance to everything! The condo has beautiful views. I sat out on the deck just about every morning, drinking my coffee and reading or just listening to the birds and roosters. Susan and her housekeepers were very accommodating with letting us drop our bags off early. This place really does have a lot of everything you need(sunblock, beach towels/chairs/umbrellas, hair products, etc) which makes packing lite very helpful! We went bike riding one day which was great to see much of the area we may not have seen by walking. We stopped by Faustos on our way back to pick up snacks/coffee creamer etc. and the baskets came in very handy. So thankful we found it. Can't wait to visit again in the near future! Jeff and Lisa

We had a great stay at this condo. It is perfectly located to both the beach at Ft. Zachary Taylor and Duval Street. We did not need a car or Uber at all while we were there and made excellent use of the bikes! The owner was super communicative and so nice to work with! The pool was relaxing and a cool respite in the hot afternoons. Highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful condo in a great complex

Shipyard condos is the place to be in Key West. It’s a quiet peaceful community in the Truman Annex yet just three blocks from Duval. This condo is perfect for a couple with one bedroom on bath. Fully equipped with a lovely deck off the Living area. You’re just steps away from the community pool. The condo comes with two bikes for your use. Highly recommended!

The condo is perfect for a couple, super clean, convenient for walking to everything from Mallory Square to the Southernmost Point to Fort Zach. Susan was the best and always available. The Karma cabinet was a lifesaver and such a great idea.

We love the Truman Annex area and have stayed here several times. This condo was great and Susan is great if you need anything. We highly recommend here, just be ready for high prices for everything in Key West but it is fun.

A retreat for the two of us!

We’ve been to KW many times, first time staying in the Truman Annex. Truly the best location! Brucie’s is perfect for two. Susan is a great host, great communication. Everything we needed was provided. Location, pool, bikes, shareware to Fort Zack Beach, short walk to water front. We loved it all. Hoping we can book this again in 2025❤️❤️

Adorable, functional, comfortable, amazing location!

My husband and I stayed for our 10th anniversary. Our host thoughtfully left us a bottle of champagne upon our arrival. She also quickly/effectively responded to any questions we had. Great suggestions were made about things to do- with a sense of having an “inside scoop” known best to locals. The location is walking distance to everything, but also nestled within the safety of a gated community at night. Everything was well maintained. Would definitely go again. Pool area well maintained and very close to condo.
