Breakaway from the cold

Perfect. A few issues but everyone responded very quickly. Fixed electrical outlet, showers needed cartridges, toilet needed new insides to flush, dryer needed new vent. All perfect now. All workers were very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Repairs

Toilet in master bedroom doesn’t flush all the time. You need o take top off and adjust about a thirds of time. Not much warm water in upstairs and guest downstairs bathroom. Check lightbulbs

Great Place

Property was very clean and updated. Accommodated our family very well. Convenient location near restaurant, pool, etc. We also loved having the option of sitting near the water on the patio underneath the balcony. Suggestions would be to add: a grill, a round pizza pan, pizza cutter and a wine cork opener. We had a great time and will be back.

Beautiful recently renovated unit.

This unit was the nicest villa we've stayed in and perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids ages 6 & 8.

Beautifully redecorated unit. We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Unit 3. We had an issue with a toilet. Less than 25 minutes after the call, maintenance was there and the toilet was fixed. Great service and super nice guy. The washer was a little tricky to work at times. It was a great week!
