NEW! Family Friendly Mountain Home 5 Min from Winter Park Resort

Bright and open family friendly mountain home, 5 minutes from the resort! All new furnishings, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen await you. Close to everything that Winter Park has to offer! Including restaurants, Fraser Tubing Hill, Grand Park Rec Center and Mountain Bike Trails. The bus stops right out front as well. This home is not in the full time rental pool and we are only offering it for the holidays. So pack the family up and come enjoy Christmas in Colorado.

End your day on the slopes with Apres Ski in our private Hot Tub or a soak the Japanese soaking tub.

Excellent location for gravel bike riding. Better bring your big boy pants for all the climbing. Awesome gravel roads.

Close proximity to everything in the Winter Park/Fraser area. The bus stop is right out front so you can leave your vehicle for the duration of your trip.

What makes this property unique

If you're traveling with small children you can travel light knowing a Pack-n-Play, with a mattress and sheets, a clip on high chair, baby monitor, sound machine and children's books are already in the home.
