About this property

Fantastic holiday home with private pool and panoramic view, WIFI, air conditioning

Villa Petra is located on a hillside on a spacious plot. Pool / terrace area and living area are on one level, which can be reached by stairs. From the living room you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape as well as of the pool area with terrace, which is equipped with 4 loungers, through two large glass panoramic sliding doors.

You can expect modern living comfort in the spacious living room (fireplace, air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV) and an open dining area with a ceiling height of approx. 4 meters and the adjoining open kitchen, from which you can also access the terrace with barbecue and seating. There are also two modern bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with air conditioning and one with fan, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

Furnishing
The house is very well equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday: kitchen with large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster. Bedroom: once with air conditioning and once with fan, a double bed 1.60, two single beds 90x1.90 built-in closet. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. There is satellite TV, WiFi, electric heating for autumn and winter and a private parking space in front of the door

The detached villa for 4 people near Denia, Oliva and Pego, is located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive residential areas with spacious terraces and the kidney-shaped pool with a wonderful view. It is just under 20 minutes to the beach. The distance to Alicante airports or Valencia is approximately an hour by car
