The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the backyard and the outdoor patio and the beds were exceptionally comfortable in all the bedrooms. We would rent this place again if needed.

The house was perfect for us and centrally located.Every amenity you can think of is included with this property; coffee, laundry, plus laundry supplies, cookware, extra blankets and towels and a perfect outdoor space to enjoy the last of summer. Plus off street secure parking. Book this property when staying in Eureka. Better than any hotel in the city hands down!

We enjoyed our peaceful stay in Spruce Cottage for a week. It is very clean, comfortable, decorated nicely and has all the kitchen and bath ammenities you will need! Our two mini schnauzers enjoyed running around in the enclosed backyard, while we relaxed on the patio. The neighborhood is very quiet and is centrally located, so easy to get to wherever you want to go to in Eureka. Zanobi, our host was exceptional, always responded to messgaes immediately. Highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to Eureka.

This property was exactly as listed - cute, clean and charming! Worked well - and we had a larger group (5 adults and 3 kids) - but still felt like we had plenty of room. The backyard is nice to let the kids run around and let out some of that extra energy. The location was perfect for getting to downtown (the Friday night market was fun), to the waterfront, and also to the Sequoia Zoo (a must see and do experience - don't miss the amazing park next to the zoo!). The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the process!

Wonderful stay

This was one of the best vacation rental we’ve stayed at. It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the things we wanted to see. The host was quick to respond and was very gracious. We would definitely rent again if we visit this area in the future.

Convenient location

Very clean and neat property. It was perfect for us and our puppy. Convenient to 101 for going to local sites and tourist attractions as well as necessities like grocery stores, etc.
