Beautiful Dutch Colonial, fully renovated to combine historic charm with modern design. There's plenty of space to relax outside: large front porch, backyard covered pergola and fire pit, or inside in the sitting room with fireplace, living room with big screen TV, or basement bonus area. Bathrooms include rain shower head upstairs, main floor half bath plus laundry, and soaking tub (no shower) downstairs. Desk and printer are provided. The space Each bedroom includes a dresser and closet. One smaller bedroom has a window air conditioner, and a large air conditioner on the landing between the first and second floors provides cooling for much of the house. Guest access Wifi and Netflix included. Snow removal provided in winter. Guests have access to the whole house, yard, and driveway plus garage (parking for four vehicles). Neighborhood Located on Marquette's historic East Side, this house offers a few minutes' walk to Third Street businesses, Downtown, and Lake Superior. Enjoy restaurants, night life, the library, and many summer outdoor events and live music all within a short walk. Other things to note This home is only available for stays of 30 days or longer, and has a capacity of up to four occupants. The only exception to the four occupant maximum is if all renters are related to each other and none of the renters are not related.
