This top floor condo offers a ocean front balcony giving you great sunrises. It also offers a bay side patio that's high enough to see over the island and watch breath taking sunsets.

Because it's a penthouse if offers special features. With vaulted ceilings in the master and living room leading to a 16 foot tall ocean view wall. It offers a sense of peace and quiet with no guests staying above you. Feel free to check out the Virtual Tour:

Suntide II has two elevators to quickly get you to the top floor without the inconvenience of using stairs.

This penthouse has three flat screen TV's. The living room has a 55 INCH TV with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a 40 INCH TV with a DVD/VCR player and the guest bedroom has a 32 INCH TV with a DVD player. We offer you a LARGE LIBRARY of DVD's. These are supplied FREE for your enjoyment. If the weather isn't cooperating during your stay, this condo is designed for your entertainment. WIFI wireless internet access is also supplied for your convenience.

It has a full kitchen with new fridge, stove, cabinets and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

Sleeping accommodations for six. A King size bed in the master bedroom, one twin bed and one queen size bed in the quest bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

The view of the ocean was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had all the cookware needed for a home meal, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. We so enjoyed the fifth floor deck... just watching the waves and the beach activity. Nice comfortable condo. Had all the essentials. The pool and hot tub area was nice also. Unit was very convenient for everything on the island.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was amazing! Great view of ocean and perfect location alongside the beach. There was great communication with the owner/manager when it came to an AC issue and was handled in a quick professional manner! Spring Break Getaway

My wife, daughter, and I decided to do a short getaway for spring break this year and picked South Padre Island as our destination. Our stay here was great! Right on the beach, fun things to do around town, and some nice restaurants nearby. First time doing a VBRO and was very happy with the experience! Hope all future experiences are similar to this!

Easy to locate, check in, ocean view amazing, clean & kitchen well stocked. Bring your own bath towels we asked for more wash rags & got dollar store quality. Other than that it was above our expectations!!! The best vacation we’ve had in a long time!

Great top floor condo, beachfront!

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property when arriving. The view was amazing, convenient to coin laundry on-site, nice updated touches on floor/countertops, etc. I've been going to South Padre for almost a decade and this is one of the better units my family and I have rented. It was only slightly more than the budget oceanfront ones I've rented before, and it was worth the (about) 10% higher cost. I will stay again!

Great Location & Ocean View

There was 4 of us staying here. We had a great time. Communication with Terry was great and responded quickly. The view was beautiful. We got some really nice sunset and sunrise pictures over the ocean from our balcony. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. We had everything we needed. The pool was great with warm water not freezing cold. The beach was awesome and clean. It was nice you could rent chairs and umbrellas. Was another great vacation.

Great Condo!

Gorgeous ocean view! Super clean and quiet condo. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It has a Keurig, so bring pods to make coffee for when you're watching the beautiful sunrise from your balcony each morning! Moon view on the ocean was awesome, too. If you catch it on a clear day, you can watch the sunset from the entry balcony. Unfortunately we had cloudy evenings. There was a small amount of dishsoap, bar soap, body wash, toilet paper provided. Lots of bath towels, but bring your own beach towels! Lots of extra bedding! Comfy beds! Short walk to the sandy beach! The gated pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing, The condo grounds were well kept up. Easy check in. Quick response from Terry when I had a question. He was able to accommodate our late check out. Thank you!!! We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I are from Minnesota. We have been visiting the Island since 1987 and look forward to every trip to wonderful South Padre Island. We have two grown children who also travelled with us to the island for many years. Our daughter enjoyed the area so much that after she got married she moved to the area. I enjoy bike riding on the 30 miles of unspoiled beach.

Why they chose this property

We purchased a condo on South Padre Island, because we absolutely love the Island. In Texas, the beaches are protected public property. Hotels can't fence off entrance to the beach. You can walk or bike ride 30 miles without any fences or private property.
