We had a great girls weekend - we enjoyed the space, 3 bathrooms, large dining room, and cozy living room. The location was perfect and close to everything downtown. We enjoyed sitting and rocking on the front porch. The host was very responsive to questions!
Loved the location, and set up of the property. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which was perfect for 4 sisters! We had so much fun checking out all of the interesting decorative pieces! Would have loved to have known some of the history of the house! Will definitely stay here again when we return.
Love the roominess and decor. The dishwasher not working and no ice maker in the fridge (only 2 ice trays) were not great but, our overall experience was wonderful!
3 bathrooms for 4 ladies was nice!
The home was large and spacious. The furnishings and beds were great. It was warm in the afternoon as this older home struggled to cool off in the late June weather. The DVD player is broken. However, overall I would rate this to be a wonderful lodging.
The rooms were very generous and it was great that everyone had their own bathroom. I was in the back bedroom and I wish there had been more counter space in the bathroom for my cosmetics, etc. But overall we would stay with you again. Thanks for everything.
We couldn't have picked a better house to rent. Worked great because 3 bedrooms plus a twin, we didn't use it.The owners were so gracious and what a pleasure , we couldn't find the house and she was so nice and drove over to get us to the right house. There are so many one way streets we got all turned around. I would give 5 stars for this rental. We had a wonderful time and will have lasting memories there.
We love Natchez and enjoyed staying in this 1880's house. Great communication with the owner, close to historical downtown and houses. So nice to have three full bathrooms. If you are looking for a tour, I recommend Rev's. He is a wealth of information and has a great sense of humor. The Camp is a great place for dinner and recommend Natchez Coffee Company for breakfast. Tommy, aka Shorty, is the best waiter ever. Step back in time with a stay in Belle's Cottage and a visit to Natchez. A tip...if your car is low to the ground, park in the street.

Driveway and yard could have been straightened up more. A few door handles were loose. Lacked lighting. Some lightbulbs were out, too. Maybe hand bars in the bathroom, the tubs were lovely but hard to step into. We loved the kitty cat! The atmosphere was lovely and authentic. The furnishings were very true to the era. Loved all the old books. Very nice towels and amenities. Really the dimness of the house was the biggest problem.
I absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. 10/10 would recommend if you appreciate historical homes. I would love to know the history of this cozy home. It is very spacious so there's plenty of room. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. Yes, it has its quirks, but an old home will and that's what makes it special. We loved sitting on the porch and loved on the sweet kitty that was hanging around. It's a step back in time, if walls could talk I would love to listen. We saw deer, squirrels, chipmunks, and numerous birds including a screech owl in the woods behind the house.
There isn't a TV in every room so if you or the children like to watch it while in bed you make want to bring a tablet. It didn't bother me as I didn't even turn one on the whole weekend.
We were in town for the Longwood Music Festival and I'm so thankful we booked this home. We usually stay in a hotel when in Natchez, this home was so much more relaxing. I will definitely be back and so thankful the owners opened up to share this beauty.
Little tip for those driving small cars, park on the street, the driveway will scrape the bottom of a car.
Once, again thank you. We thoughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back.
Observed some mold. Also had some damage prior to arrival. Shelf in the bathroom was tipped over and towels on the floor. Closet door broken in upon arrival.
