You will love this close to the lake home. 6 minutes from Windsor boat launch, with a very easy drive to house. Perfect to tow your boat to.. Incredible private back yard with heated pool and ample seating areas. Boat parking, 30 foot deep garage. Fully stocked and beautiful kitchen with a coffee bar that includes a Keurig that makes both full pot and single cup servings and a Ninja blender for fun summer drinks. Smart tv’s. Oh, also, very private back yard, lol.. BBQ, huge umbrellas, roller shades, loungers, pub table, cooler. Stroller, high chair, pak-n-play.. Everything you’ll need should be there. If not, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do! Two ring doorbells only on the front of the house, total privacy in the backyard. The VIEWS from the backyard are absolutely incredible. Wonderful winter getaway

The property is in a great neighborhood. It has a nice view of Lake Havasu and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The pool was immaculate and there was plenty of seating options on the patio area. It was the perfect place to spend a month away from the Michigan winter.

We loved the house and Joe was a great host. We had plans to go and explore but decided to stay in. We had the pool which made it convenient. The only problem we had was that the umbrellas didn't work. Everything else was great. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Nice home with great outdoor space

My husband and I traveled to Lake Havasu for couple weeks of golf and relaxation. This home was perfect for us! It has a great layout and very peaceful pool/outdoor space. Excellent location. Amazing views. The pool was great as was the house. Everything you needed and more. Joe and Sheba were excellent hosts. Hi, we are from Bozeman, Montana. About 25 years ago, my son had a poster of Lake Havasu on his wall. When we started looking for places to retire someday, I kept being drawn to Lake Havasu, and was not sure why. We all finally remembered the poster on his wall as a child. We used to look at the poster and dream about living there someday. That is why I was drawn to Havasu. Then when I went to look at houses there, I fell in love with the area and the community. Everyone is so friendly here. We will be living full time in Lake Havasu at some point.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of its location to the boat docks, London Bridge, restaurants, and big box stores.

What makes this property unique

I feel our property is unique because of its location. The neighbors around us are on a lower level, so when we are in the backyard, there are no neighbors right beside us. It makes it feel so private. Also, the views of the lake, mouth of the river, and the mountains are amazing. We have almost 360 degree mountain and lake views. The sunset views from the backyard rival any I have ever seen.
