About 2.5 km from Trappeto, in the beautiful countryside of the Gulf of Castellammare, this large vacation home with pool and well-kept atmosphere awaits you. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (4000 m²) with lawn, ponds, ornamental plants, games for children and the panoramic pool, ideal for cooling off on the sunny Sicilian days. Surrounded by vineyards and rural surroundings, the accommodation is located on a small hill from where you can admire beautiful sunsets and the wonderful panorama that stretches from the cliffs of Cala Rossa to San Vito lo Capo. At your disposal are a beautiful and large covered terrace where you can dine with a magnificent view, a large gazebo, sun loungers and deck chairs for relaxation. Due to its privileged position, almost equidistant from Palermo and Trapani, from the house you can easily reach the most beautiful places in the west of Sicily: Palermo, Monreale, Segesta, Selinunte, the Egadi Islands and many others. On the first floor of the house there is a large living area with kitchen island.

Summer Sicily

Excellent villa as described. Unbelievable view to the west. Property owner was extremely helpful and kind and his wife (the cook) was dished up brilliantly authentic Sicilian meals when required. All in all a great holiday and Sicily had to be experienced.

Great stay in Partinico, Sicily

My friends and I were a group of twelve from Texas and we had this villa for 3 days! The property was beautiful, the house and pool were very nice. Antonio was a great host, and his wife Crocetta cooked an excellent Sicilian dinner upon our arrival at the property! From where the house was located, we were able to take day trips to Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, and dine in Trapetto with ocean view restaurants. The coffee shop in Trapetto was excellent! We did have a few electrical issues with the power going off a few times during our visit...not sure of the cause, but Antonio was quick to resolve each time.

Pasamos una semana espectacular . La casa es muy linda, inclusive más linda que en las fotos . Tiene todos los ambientes impecables , muy lindos y limpios . Todos los dormitorios muy cómodos . El sector exterior es hermoso . Mesa, sillas y un living para poder disfrutar un atardecer soñado . La piscina muy buena, así como las reposteras. Muy buena comunicación con los dueños, que nos recibieron muy bien y estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE !
