Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway property located just 10 min away from both St Paul & Minneapolis. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio watching the sunrise on Lake Owasso and end your evening with a bonfire. Close to US Bank Stadium, Xcel Center, Target Field, Huntington Bank Stadium, MN State Fair, and Como Zoo. Also 5 mins drive to Rosedale Mall where you can shop and eat.

No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.

No smoking inside the property. You can smoke outside away from the house. There will be a $300 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required.

I live upstairs (I do have a baby but no pets). The rooms are located in the basement and has a separate entrance locked off from the rest of the house. I won't be in any part of your space.

We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. All we ask is being respectful of our home and neighborhood. We look forward to hosting you!

Please note that sometimes you might hear a noise due to our little one walking and playing, but we'll do our best to keep it down.

Shore of Lake Owasso

This is a nice, 2 BR unit that was comfortable for our family's brief stay. We weren't able to enjoy the firepit that overlooks the lake but did have a few deer greet us.

Quiet retreat

Great place tucked away but close to everything. Working in the area and it was great to have a quiet place to come relax in at the end of the day. First night we saw multiple deer right outside our door, that's how peaceful and quiet it is. Mo was very responsive and helpful. Was a great experience all around.
