We truly enjoyed our stay! The beds were beyond comfortable, the patio was a perfect little spot after a busy day exploring Minneapolis and the location was central to all of the sights. Thank you for being such a great host!
My business partner and I needed a 2-bedroom for a couple of nights in the St. Louis Park area...the home was perfect for our needs, both in terms of location and amenities. Plenty of room, plenty of little accents that make you feel at home, safe parking, and a very responsive, friendly host. We saved a lot of money versus a couple of hotel rooms and enjoyed the experience.
We enjoyed our stay. Parking in back was easy, and we enjoyed both the spaciousness and coziness of the home, particularly the upstairs. We especially appreciated how well-provisioned Ben's place was, from the ample coffee to laundry detergent in the event we needed to wash clothes. Ben also struck a good balance of being friendly and available to answer questions while also respecting our privacy.
The place was perfect for us! Clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Above all, however, Ben was the BEST host! He was easy to communicate with and so thoughtful! He even bought a noise machine for our 2yo daughter anticipating her naps :)) We would definitely say here again! Thanks Ben for everything!!!
We rented the unit for a week while we were doing some remodeling work on our house. The rental was comfortable. The host was very helpful and communicated well when we needed to extend our stay a night. We live in the neighborhood and this is a good deal for the area. You will be a short drive from multiple shopping/restaurant nodes (Linden Hills, 50th and France, Uptown, and Excelsior Ave), can walk a half mile to the co-op for groceries and a bunch of restaurants, and are in biking distance to Bde Mka Ska and the chain of lakes. You are also right on the bus line to downtown.
Lovely place to stay for a few days. In addition to all of the necessary things, there was a dose of fun flavor in magazines, books, a few well-placed candles, etc. Comfy beds, two coffee options (Keurig or drip coffee), and easy access to lake fun (1mile) or restaurants and stores. Well-appointed kitchen, good wifi, and a parking spot.
Wonderful stay! The host was super helpful and had great communication. This place is SUPER close to the lakes (Calhoun & Harriet) and the 2 levels w/multiple refrigerators & oven made it like 2 homes in one. We traveled with a few teenage girls and they could stay up watching their movies downstairs while the adults could hang upstairs. Parking is tight like any place in the city, but totally doable in any car…just glad I took the car vs. the long bed dually ;-), but you wouldn’t want to drive something that big in Minneapolis anyway. We brought the paddle boards with us which worked great on those beautiful lakes and there is TONS of room for everything you brought with you. Super quiet neighborhood as well, which made for a good night’s rest AND…only 20 min from ValleyFair! :-). Made for a very memorable trip.
Like all hosts, I love to travel and make sure my guest have a great experience while staying at my house (well, Ruby's house..)
Why they chose this property
The beds are comfy, the neighborhood is one of the best in the Twin Cities and I take great care to ensure a great stay while you are in town.
(Are those fresh flowers?! ..Yes)
What makes this property unique
I charge a fair price and take pride in my home and your stay. I live right next door and do all the cleaning myself - If something goes wrong, you work with me, not some management company.
