Beachcomber Cottage Beautiful, Recently Renovated Home W/ Enclosed Courtyard

A beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with an enclosed courtyard area. Short stroll to the beach. The home now features a spacious open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen. Beautifully decorated in a coastal farmhouse feel. Bedrooms include a king, queen, daybed trundle, and 2 singles.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED.

Pool privileges are provided at Holiday Inn.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. Fabulous house and location

The house is even better than the photos. The location is great, with beach access pretty much right across the street. The shared spaces were bright, comfortable and wide open. The kitchen was well stocked. We had to call maintenance for a minor issue and they were very prompt in responding. One suggestion would be to provide better quality pillows. Overall, a great place to stay and I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was pretty and well taken care of. We did have a bit of an issue with roaches. We kept finding dead and alive roaches in the house. And also the TV in the living room did not work. I called to have someone fix it, but they never came. Overall, we had great time, just a few small things
