Centrally-located single family home in San Jose. Right at cross of freeway 880 & 280. About a 15 minutes walk or 3 minute drive to Santana Row and Valley Fair Mall, 6 minutes drive to SJC airport, 10 minutes drive to San Jose. The neighborhood is very quiet at night. **NO EVENTS or PARTIES** **NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY**

Welcome to our completely renovated home. Enjoy the spacious kitchen and dining area. Gather your family in front of the 70’ TCL smart TV and enjoy the night.

This place also offer 2 electric adjustable desk, and two other desk, all together accompanied with comfortable chair. Make it a perfect place for remote working or a staycation!

The master bedroom offers a luxurious bath with tub. Dedicated work stations for potential remote works. All bedroom come with queue bed except one, that has a single bed, makes it accommodate up to 7 people.

Additionally, you will have dedicated parkings on the driveway, parks up to 4 cars in total. Business class Internet over 100mbps, F AC, Whole House Premium Water (drinkable water drink any tap). The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

You will be able to self check-in, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.

Door key will be assigned before check-in. The key will be valid starting at 3:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:00am on the check-out date.

Check out procedure is easy, you need to do only 3 thing:
1. Turn off all lights, heats/AC
2. Load dishwasher and start a cycle
3. Leave used towel on the floor
That's everything!

To ensure we have a safe and secure place, please keep the door locked at all times. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7.

House was very modern and well kept. Rooms and beds were nice. Location was perfect for eating out and enjoying the mall. Only draw back was backyard not accessible. Would have liked to BBQ and relax out back.

Hockey championship weekend

Great that it was close to freeway and getting to Sharks Ice rink all weekend. Kitchen was great and had enough rooms to accommodate our needs. The only thing i would recommend is to bring your own pillow and perhaps an extra blanket as the comforter is quite thin and pillows are not great. The neighborhood is kind of run down and there's smoke shops really close but it was really quiet at night luckily. Yard in back is full of weeds so not as useable. But I would stay there again, was good for the price.

Not very good, but not very bad either - 3* tops

1) ants in the kitchen 2) no backyard at all, feels like staying in the large hotel suite. 3) the bed in the Master BR must be replaced - it's very low to the ground and the mattress is such that your back will be crying in the morning 4) electric tables (up/down adjustments) don't work 5) the sinks and bathrooms are way too small... Pros 1) Close to freeway and Santana Raw 2) 4 BR's 3) Could stay for several days (less than 1 week) 4) Owner is friendly and good communication. 5) Easy checkin and checkout
