Comfortably sleeping your group of 16, Seas The Day is directly across from the Gulf, offering sweeping, forever views of the emerald green water and pearly white sand.

Upon entering on the main floor, you’ll find a den with a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. This is the perfect “hideaway” spot to play a game, read a book, or watch your favorite TV show while gazing at the Gulf. The first of two sleeper sofas is located here. A large covered water-view deck runs the length of the house.
There are 4 bedrooms on this floor: two with queen beds, one with 2 sets of custom-made bunks, and a second king-sized primary bedroom with a Gulf-facing balcony. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor, each with a tub/shower combination. Every bedroom has either a soundview or a Gulfview covered deck, as well as a flat-screen HD satellite TV. Tile floors run throughout the entire house.
Up one flight is the large open-concept great room. Here, you'll find a gourmet kitchen, a dining table seating 12, a breakfast bar seating 4, and a spacious living area with more comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The second sofa sleeper is here as well. Through the wall of windows, you'll have more stunning Gulf views and access to a second large covered deck to relax on.
The king-sized primary bedroom is also on this floor, complete with a Gulf-view deck and an en suite bath. The luxurious en suite features a free-standing tub, a tiled walk-in shower, and dual vanities—creating a true spa experience. A full-sized laundry room and a half bath are also conveniently located on this floor.
After a long beach day, rinse off under the private outdoor shower. Parking for 4 cars is available, and there is a gas grill for your use.
This is a non-pet friendly home. SPECIAL NOTE: DUE TO ALLERGIES, NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED AT THIS RENTAL, INCLUDING ANIMALS WITH SPECIAL DESIGNATIONS. NO SMOKING is allowed in the home, anywhere on the property, or on the decks. No events are permitted, and occupancy is strictly adhered to. There are 2 cameras under the house in the carport for safety and security purposes, which are only monitored when the house is empty. The minimum age to rent is 25. The pool can be heated for an additional $75/day.
