Beautiful and elegant apartment in a private residential complex with communal pool and jacuzzi in Arenales del Sol, Costa Blanca, just 450 m. from one of the best beaches in the area.

The apartment has a large living room with wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. From the living room you have access to a large terrace with quality furniture where children can have fun and parents can relax and enjoy the tranquility. It is very close to the airport and the city of Alicante, a place appreciated by visitors for its great cultural offer such as theaters, museums, exhibitions and its great leisure opportunities for children and adults. The beaches with crystal clear waters are among the most famous on the Costa Blanca. Here you can practice various water sports such as kitesurfing, kayaking, windsurfing and fishing. At 12 km you will find Elche, a city with two World Heritage Sites and the famous palm grove. If you immerse yourself in Alicante, you will be amazed by the fantastic nature and you will be able to visit some attractions such as the springs of Algar.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool und Spielplatz

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Appartementanlage ist toll angelegt mit einem sehr schönen Garten. Ein großer Spielplatz und eine sehr gepflegte Poolanlage mit Kinderbecken und zwei warmen Whirlpools. Alle Wohnungen sind zum Garten ausgerichtet. Das Appartement befindet sich im 4.Geschoss. Seitlich kann man das Meer sehen. Leider ist die Wohnung nicht gut gepflegt und weist schon deutliche Abnutzungsspuren auf. Dabei ist die Anlage erst 2018 errichtet worden. Das ist sehr schade, da es ein tolles Appartement ist. In der Wohnung fehlen bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten und Sonnenliegen auf dem Balkon.
