For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Schöne Anlage

Wir waren insgesamt mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist schön, gepflegt und liegt ruhig – mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegenden Inseln. Auch der Pool war ein echtes Plus! Die Ausstattung war vollständig, es war alles da, was man braucht (das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt). Lediglich das Schlafsofa war schon etwas durchgelegen – hier wäre eine neue Matratze wünschenswert. Eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht, dafür aber einen Wasserkocher. Alles in alle

Schöne Anlage aber einige Probleme

+ Anlage ist sehr schön&gepflegt/Unterkunft war toll mit traumhaften Ausblick und gut ausgestatteten Küche/Schlüsselabholung und Abgabe problemlos - 2 Tage kein Warmwasser (lt. Voucher im lokalen Büro melden, jedoch ergab sich das Problem außerhalb Öffnungszeiten - 24h Notfallnummer, wo man sich dann melden sollte meinten nur, sie können da jetzt auch nichts machen) - kein Strom für elektronisches Gate bei Eingang Anlage (mussten 2 h mitten in der Nacht draußen warten, lokal niemand erreichbar)

Wir beaduern die technischen Probleme während Ihres Aufenthalts. Das Warmwasser fiel aufgrund eines Stromausfalls in der gesamten Umgebung aus – die zuständige Firma war informiert, Ersatzteile waren jedoch nicht sofort verfügbar. Die Störung des elektronischen Eingangstores betraf eines von drei Toren, zwei davon sind manuell bedienbar. Unser 24/7-Service hat Sie entsprechend informiert, und die Funktion wurde kurze Zeit später wiederhergestellt. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Hinweise und hoffen, Sie dennoch wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.

+Schöne und auch sehr gepflegte Anlage (von außen). + Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer und die umliegenden Inseln. + sehr sauberes Apartment. - ungereinigter Balkon und Terrasse - Ausstattung und Zustand eher ausreichend - Küchenzeile ohne jegliche Arbeitsfläche. - Sofabett katastrophal durchgelegen und absolut unbrauchbar - quietschende Türen (Problem mit Kleinkinder) - überteuertes Preis/-Leistungsverhältnis

Belle résidence, au calme et familiale, plusieurs appartements avec vue mer et Tavalora, petite piscine bien agréable. La résidence est très fleurie, super propre. Appartement très propre également, confortable. Équipement basique mais suffisant pour une semaine de vacances. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Die Unterkunft selbst ist eher spartanisch eingerichtet….dennoch würde wir sie erneut buchen. Fussläufig ist nicht viel zu erreichen-ein Auto muss vorhanden sein

Bellissima vista

Il residence si trova in posizione strategica per avere una bellissima vista sul golfo con l'isola di Tavolara, molto curato negli spazi esterni, e accessibile facilmente, l'appartamento risulta pulito, peccato per la mancanza della lavastoviglie, la lavatrice e un microonde.

Vue magnifique

La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, on voit l'impressionnant Tavolara. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenu et il y a un jardinier qui entretien la vegetation tout les jours ainsi que la piscine. Très beau lever de soleil, on ne se lasse pas de cette vue. Le bémol est l'intérieur du logement, il n'y a presque rien pour cuisiner. Le frigo est très petit, pas de four classique, pas de micro-ondes, juste 4 feu aux gaz. Il faut de l'ingéniosité pour réchauffer quelque chose... Dommage

Soggiorno fantastico

Appartamento caratterizzato da una grande terrazza con una vista impagabile sulla Tavolara, dotato di tutti i servizi e inserito in un complesso residenziale, Vista Village, splendido e ben curato. Posizione strategica, pochi minuti di auto per arrivare sulle più belle spiagge della costa. Bella piscina adatta anche ai più piccoli. Agenzia sempre vicina al cliente per ogni richiesta o problema. Io e la mia famiglia stiamo già pensando di tornare il prossimo anno.

wonderful view

The residence is very nice, clean and very well kept with a superb view of the sea and Tavolara island. Smooth check -in at Interhome Local Service Office amazing staff. The pool is a must after a whole day spent at the beach. highly reccomended!

Vista eccezionale!

Villaggio molto bello e curato, posizione ottima, vista sulla Tavolara eccezionale. Appartamento OK con terrazza fantastica, anche se la pulizia del bagno all'arrivo era decisamente migliorabile, ed il rapporto a distanza con "niente incluso" non è il massimo.
