About this property
Private Cottage
The Cottage is at the rear of the property. From the free parking on site back to the Cottage is a short walk ( 24 / 7 entry ). This space is completely private. There is a full size Bath Room with modern fixtures and a Shower Booth with lots of Hot Water. The Main Room is a Bedroom and Sitting Area with a Wall Desk. There are large screened windows that open The space has AC and Radiant Heat. A Ceiling Fan and Programmable Lighting add comfort. We have hosted a number of happy guests. Extras: Black Out Curtains, Smart TV, RO Water, the ceiling is Vaulted and makes the space more open. Outside is a Private Patio with a Lounge Swing. There is a Blue Tooth Stereo in the Bedroom and on the Patio Swing. The Guests have their own WiFi and ethernet. Once the Guest checks in once ( to get keys, gate codes, and basic operation of the space ), you are on your own. We are available anytime we are needed.

About the host
Your host
I was born in the San Fernando Valley, a long time ago. After retirement my Studio was mostly idle. We added some stuff and listed it with a Hosting Company. It was such a Hit it is barely ever empty. I enjoy the interaction.
Why they chose this property
This Lot had a Craftman House that was damaged in the 1994 quake. This was a quiet and clean neighborhood so I built a house here. My Studio was built out back. The neighborhood was started in 1927. It has large trees and wide streets.
What makes this property unique
The back is a separate area. Castle Pavers and a Covered Bench Swing are great for private relaxing. There are Sun Shades all over. They may not look fancy but they are great to sit under. There is a Turtle Pond ( very clean ) an Endler Pond and a full Marine Pond with tide pool stuff for Gazing. With Gated Off street Parking and 24/7 access this is a great Base.
