Top Floor! 1 Bedroom + loft in the Rockies Complex! A 2 level floor plan with the Master bedroom on the main level and a full bathroom.

Relax after a day of skiing by the gas fireplace or sip on a refreshment on the deck!

The upstairs features a Queen bed and futon as well as a full bathroom. A Full size washer and dryer are located in the loft.

The eat in kitchen seats 2 and the dinning area seats another 4. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook all your favorite meals. Ski lockers, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, sand volleyball court, clubhouse with ping pong table and rec area are just a few of the amenities at the complex.

The property is located about a 10 minute walk to the ski area or take the free Steamboat transit bus that picks up steps away from the complex.

This unit is located on the top floor of the complex there are stairs required to get to the unit. This complex does not have an elevator.

The property manager may have been a bot.

The property was barely adequate for four grown men that did not want share a bed. Extra bedding would have made sleeping on the futon or floor more comfortable. Speaking with a real person would have been preferable to written communication. The most satisfied residents were the mice we shared our condo with.

Stay was great, checking was a little bumpy

The house was great, in a very nice location and had everything we needed! Plenty of space and perks of extra blankets, pillows, towels. And the kitchen was well stocked for all we needed over the weekend. The only issue we faced was the checking in. I did not receive any check in info to my email (other than my spam folder, which we found later) and there was not check in instructions listed in the app. We tried reaching out to the host, and VRBO tried reaching them but neither of us had luck. So we were not able to check in for 3 hours or so after we got there until I found the spam email. And had not heard from the host until the next day. Other than the checking hiccup the stay was great! Note there are quite a few stairs to the room so bringing items that you can carry helps (we never ran into an issue, just a heads up for family's with strollers etc)!
