Perfect spot

Everything about this stay was as described or better. The location is perfect for a 5 minute walk to the water park and 5 minute drive to downtown Arnold's Park. The home had everything you'd need for a stay and we made every meal there without issues. I didn't think we'd utilize the pool that is a part of the neighborhood with traveling there for the waterpark, but it was extremely convenient to have right in the back yard that we ended up using it a few times. The neighborhood must also spray for mosquitoes because we were able to actually sit outside at night without being eaten alive :) such a perk. Would definitely stay and recommend here again.

Wow! We were so happy with the Cedar Loft cabin. We had two families and there was a good amount of space for all of us. The cabin was clean and so cutely decorated. We took advantage of the 6 water park tickets and they were easy to get at the water park entrance. The gravel lot for our boat was easy access and not too far away from the boat launch. It's very close to all the action in Arnold's Park so we were very pleased with the location. The host Ashley was prompt to respond to any questions - thank you! Highly recommend for any family trip!

Okoboji

The stay was pleasant. The location was perfect if your mission is the waterpark. Town is within biking distance. It was very clean with plenty of kitchen and bath towels. Having a wager and dryer in the cabin was a plus. The beds were a little creepy. The loft TV could use a remote. The patio could use an umbrella. Upgraded tongs and other utensils would also be a nice upgrade a long with sharpening the steak and cutlery knives.I would absolutely stay here again. The positives immensely outweigh.

We had a wonderful time on vacation! The home was clean, well stocked and we had an easy check in process. There was a community pool right outside our back door which was perfect for the kids. We would definitely rent this house again!

There were a lot of ants by the sliding patio door. We probably killed 200 ants. Otherwise we loved the location and amenities.

Hi Matthew, The cleaner noted quite a bit of food crumbs on the kitchen floor which would definitely attract ants, she got it cleaned up and put out ant bait and we haven’t had a problem since then. Thanks for staying at our cabin and we hope to host you again.

We were in Okoboji for wedding so didn’t make use of waterpark, pool, etc. But location was very convenient to wedding activities at Waterfront Events Center. We did check out Farmers Market and Art Festival near by on Saturday morning. Nice! Plenty of places to go for live music. Bed was ok. Knives in kitchen are all dull. There had been a storm so patio furniture had been blown around. No gas in outdoor fire table. Grill had not been cleaned and is definitely rusted out. Tree branch broken that needs to be taken care of but assume whoever takes care of yard had not been there yet. We would stay here again.

Hi Kathy, There are two knife sets one of which was brand new this spring but maybe they got mixed in with the other set, we did see the grill was rusting at the bottom so we did get a new grill that will be there soon, the tree branch was removed, the patio furniture must have blown over from that storm after the cleaners had been there. We always keep 2 extra propane bottles in the garage incase one runs out.
