Just loved this rental!! The elevator to get groceries and luggage up to each floor was a very nice surprise. Loved watching the sunset from the deck when we couldn’t get down to the beach. Kitchen was spacious and perfect for 6 adults but could accommodate more if needed. Lots of books available. Will rent this unit again next time we head that way.

We wanted a nice relaxing beach without crowds and although the beach was full it wasn’t over crowded and was families having fun!

The location was wonderful - on the gulf front and a 3 minute ride to the bay. Due to tropical storm Bertha, we were only able to enjoy the gulf beach 1 day; however we thoroughly enjoyed the bayside for 2 1/2 days! The space in the townhouse was well organized. Had everything you need. And we loved all the books available everywhere! We adjusted to the steps with 3 floors as the small elevator was really slow, yet great to use for loading and unloading for various floors. Michele was a fabulous host and helped us to plan various restaurants to try and an overview of the area. The kitchen has just about everything you need for cooking too! It was a good vacation spot!

Absolutely Beautiful Location

This property is even better than the listing! It is roomy and had everything we needed for cooking and playing at the beach. For my group with two teenage boys and three teenage girls, it provided separate spaces to prevent conflict as well as wonderful master suite for the adults to relax. The location is perfect with beautiful sunset views and proximity to St Joe's State Park. In addition, all of the other residents/visitors of the complex were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
