This little mobile is across from the Community Park Beach access. The rental is for 1 to 4 nights . All the amenities of home, just add the beach. Groceries, restaurants and fun are all within a 5 minute walk. Sleeps 2 to 3 comfortably. This is an Artist's home so there are lots of paintings on the wall and lots of art supplies if you feel like being an artist while you are here! The beach is just steps out the door and there are a lot of trails through the estuary as well. Add to that Coombs Market with Goats on the Roof, Englishman River Falls, Rathtrevor Beach and Park and Top Bridge that are all just minutes away. There is a place to park your car if you bring one. This is a 55+ accommodation. Sorry, no pets and no kids! This is my home so there will be food in the fridge and clothes in the cupboards! Feel free to help yourself to coffee, tea, condiments etc. Hope you have a lovely stay.

No driving, just walking 2 minutes, then you are at the beach! Property is as described, well equipped, easy check-in and out, and communication with host is good. The area is very busy and noisy from 7:30 am to 11pm as it is right in front of the entrance to the park/beach so no quiet reading on the porch (in July anyway).
My partner and I needed a place for the night after attending a party in Parksville. The trailer was close by and suited us. Comfy bed and really clean. Our host responded quickly to all of my messages. Appreciated being able to use the coffee as I had forgotten to be bring some.Would highly recommend.
