The house was wonderful and in a quiet neighborhood. It wasn’t quite as easy to get to the beach as I thought it would be - required about a mile walk in each direction. But the views were wonderful and the house was very comfortable. For anyone who is very tall, the shower heads are short. The water pressure is fantastic though. I would absolutely rent this house again.

Alice was very responsive and extremely accommodating. Home and amenities were even better than photos. Home was extremely well stocked. Location was perfect for us! Some reviews mentioned noise from highway below the property… we expected noise because the photos showed the highway so it was no surprise. Would highly recommend this home!

We loved this place! It felt like home away from home. Very comfortable beds, comfy couch, fun games for the kids, extra blankets if needed, and of course a gorgeous view! It was very clean and decorated so cute. We would definitely stay here again. The location was awesome. Super close to beach and good food (honey bee bakery, and superfly grill were yum!). We did wish the check in was a little smoother. Most places give you the check in code a few hours in advance, but we had to text once we arrived to get it. The text then was deleted which meant we had to wait again to get the code to lock the key up when leaving. We also wished there were blinds on the back patio door since the house backs up to the highway. Other than that it was amazing!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with stunning ocean views! The home was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped, making it the perfect retreat for our family. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking view was truly unforgettable.The bedrooms were spacious and cozy, with plenty of storage for our belongings. The bathrooms were modern and clean, stocked with essentials. Very clean and super cute. We stayed almost a week with small kids and loved the house. Lots of room and kitchen space. There are great beaches near by (whales head and lone ranch were our favorites). The main road is very close but that didn’t bother us. Alice was great to get in touch with when we had questions. We would love to stay again and recommend it for families.

We stayed for a week as we explored the Redwoods. Lovely house. Very clean. The only thing to note is the house backs up to the mainstreet of town so if you're a light sleeper you may want to being a white noise machine. Overall would recommend and stay here again.

We loved the house and the view. So close to the beach! The only slight negative is the highway noise but that comes with the great view of the ocean that wouldn’t be possible without being on 101. We are already planning our trip for next year and wished we could have stayed longer.
