Great place, very clean

We enjoyed our stay, however, it was a winter visit so we were not able to comment on the lake / beach experience.

Perfect Getaway Cottage

The cottage is comfortable, clean, well equipped. There are lake views from the kitchen and front deck and lake access is a short walk down the road. I recommend this property!

Cancelled on us last minute

Giving one star because the day OF our planned trip they cancelled our reservation. Out of nowhere, without any reason as to why as well. We were then scrambling to find a place to stay. If you don’t want to be surprised and have your stay randomly cancelled on you then don’t book this house.

You booked your stay the day before your arrival. So it’s not like this was booked in advance. We canceled your reservation in the morning. Also, we did give a reason. Our home cannot accommodate 5 adults. It is suitable for 2 adults and 3 kids as it has one queen size bed in one bedroom and a daybed with a trundle in the smaller bedroom. So yes, we did not feel comfortable with 5 adults booking our home the afternoon before their arrival expecting to squeeze into a small space.
