About this property

The Cottage at Kings Ferry Cottage - The Place to Be!

Fall in love with Kings Ferry Cottage situated in the best neighborhood in STA – we did which is why we lovingly restored this family cottage to enjoy and share with guests who will appreciate all the charm of our favorite city. The updated cottage uniquely provides guests all the benefits of a hotel stay combined with the perks of a home: brand new high-end beds/bedding/towels/furnishings/coffee bar featuring nespresso and French press/tvs including ps4 in front room for kids.
The space
Cottage boasts two outdoor entertainment areas from the front porch-patio area with seating to enjoy meals overlooking our quaint street or the modern stone backyard with smokeless firepit and private outdoor shower.

The cottage is a five-minute bike ride to town. Beach cruisers (4) are available for your convenience. We love using short term rental as customers and look forward to becoming your new favorite hosts!
Guest access
All - we live in Tampa and the guests have the entire cottage.

Great Location, Great Hosts
We had a great time at the blue cottage. The location is great, walking distance to town and the bayfront but away from the noise of downtown. The cottage is very well and thoughtfully appointed. If you forget anything, it is probably there. The owners are responsive to any issues. I would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful!
We loved our stay at this home. It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and comfortable and has lots of space. Comfy beds, coffee bar, cute back yard and lots of little personal touches that we appreciated. We would stay here again in the future.

Ladies trip
Lovely home in historic area in St Augustine. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, everything you need is close by. We walked to trolley stop #11 on our first day and did the tour on our first day. On-street parking on quiet street and note that check out is at 10 am (not 11 am). Overall a wonderful stay.

Awesome Place!
My daughter and I stayed at the place to attend a wedding in St. Augustine. We loved it! The place was so cute, and I loved the history of the house and the Lincolnville area. They provided all the amenities you could ask for from bikes, umbrellas, toiletries and even a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and so much more. It was an easy 10 minute walk to downtown St Augustine. We also got the trolley pass and they have stop at the end of the road. We will definitely be back and be referring others to this property!
