Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury vacation home located on the 14th fairway at the prestigious Indian Canyons Golf Resort.  A 3,374 sq ft open floorplan home sits on a property that's the personification of Palm Springs outdoor living.  Breathtaking Mt. San Jacinto and golf course views, on an 18,000 sq ft lot, invite guests to the resort-like grounds.  The landscaping was professionally designed by one of the landscape architects who created The Parker and includes many mature indigenous palm trees.  Outdoor amenities include a salt water pool and spa, two spa-side fire pits, two fire pit lounge areas, a six-hole putting green, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, Covered patio with dining table for six, two hammocks and eight chaise lounge chairs.  A unique feature of this property is a large park-like grass hill overlooking the golf course that is perfect for a peaceful picnic (Picnic Basket & Blanket Included). Guest bedroom two has a Queen bed, two nightstands and en-suite bath with tub shower combination.

Guest bedroom three has a Queen bed, six-drawer dresser and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.  A small office with built-in workstation and desk chair completes the room.  

The main living area of the house includes a large living room, dining room, kitchen and game room with foosball table.  Most rooms have pool and partial mountain views.  The master bedroom, one of the guest bedrooms and the living room all have sliding glass doors to the resort-like grounds of this amazing property.

The formal living room is bathed in natural light.  A U-shaped sofa, coffee table, 75 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney), gas fireplace and custom-built bar with wine refrigerator create a warm and inviting entertaining space with easy access to the resort-like grounds via a sliding glass door.  

The adjacent updated kitchen is a cook’s dream and contains newer appliances, a walk-in pantry plus both a drip and Keurig coffee maker.    Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, two ovens, microwave oven, 5-burner Stove and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a breakfast area with booth seating for five.  Two large windows welcome generous amounts of natural light into the room.  

The Dining area, also bathed in natural light, seats eight under two colorful and modern chandeliers.
