This property was a great location for our needs. We stayed 6 weeks so a couple minor issues arise that the property manager took care of within a day. I would securely stay there again They even provide beach chairs , umbrella and whatever you may want for a great day on the beach.

The apartment was very clean and everything looked brand new. Nice private outside area to sit and well marked reserved parking. There is a train close by but we really didn’t hear it inside. This will be our go-to place when visiting Melbourne

Great little place

Very clean place to stay. The road it’s on is a little odd but we felt safe. A lot of updates which was nice! The only complaint we have is it smelled of dog urine, I understood we might get that in a pet friendly place so I wasn’t surprised. Other than that all was great!

Clean and quiet

This property is a well-kept secret, it seems! When we first booked, it seemed like such an odd location, but it's amazingly quiet, easy to get to, only 15 min from the beach, and extremely quiet! The host answered our request for an extra blanket right away. Definitely recommend!

Nice stay for the price

Clean, updated unit. Basic needs provided but no extra/special touches. Plan to bring everything you need (such as coffee filters). Pictures are accurate but don’t include picture of outside unit. I probably would not have rented it if it did.

Condo was immaculate cozy comfort vibe of a seaside Beach bungalow. All appliances, kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher all new. The unit was great and we felt right at home unfortunately the location was less than desirable somewhat of a commercial area warehouse adjacent property. Most houses in the neighborhood poorly maintained unpaved alley to access unit dark poorly lit at night
