We really enjoyed our long weekend at the cottage! Everything we needed was provided, including a great welcome package. The hosts just couldn't be more gracious!
We loved it and will be back! Perfect for a couple. It rained most of the weekend but it let up one day so we got to kayak. We wish we could buy this adorable cottage.
We loved staying at this cottage on the Tred Avon River for 4 nights. Quiet, relaxing, a beautiful location on a point of land with scenic views toward Oxford and beyond. The cottage was immaculate and well equipped. While nothing took away from our overall experience and enjoyment, the availability of a few amenities would have been nice—dish soap and sponge for the kitchen (so everything didn’t have to be washed in the dishwasher), a bar of soap or body wash and hotel-size shampoo/conditioner for the shower, a box of Kleenex. And a clean and working barbecue grill. I would recommend this cottage for anyone wanting to enjoy a quiet time on the Eastern shore, with the nice restaurants in St Michael’s just 20 minutes away.

Wish you would have contacted me during your stay - dish soap is under the sink and sponge and dish towels are located in drawers next to sink. Gas grill was working - will mention the cleaning of the grill to my staff
Lovely cottage in a beautiful, quiet spot. Hosts were great at helping us use the kayaks and paddleboard on site. With the local Port Royal General Store and Ruse restaurant in St Michaels, made for a great weekend get-away.
Dave and Kelly, we had a wonderful time at your beautiful property! That back porch Thank you for the wine and charcuterie board, it was delicious! The weather was perfect, we WILL be back!
Perfect for two with a beautiful view of the Tred Avon River from porch. Were visiting our son who lives nearby. Personal touch of snacks and goodies were a pleasant surprise! Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this charming cottage.

So happy to hear you enjoyed your stay- hope you will visit again! Great guests!
This was our THIRD stay at this property which should pretty much tell anyone considering this place all they need to know. We think this is one of the finest spots on the Eastern Shore. Impossible to beat the spectacular riverfront view, the amazing and comfy screened porch to watch the sun rise or the moon light, an over the top comfortable bed, a beautifully appointed large kitchen and perfect bathroom/shower (plus laundry!), and an absolutely darling little sunny sitting area off the kitchen. The place is always immaculate when we arrive! So many of the VRBO rentals that are waterfront have far more bedrooms than we need - we'd rather pay for the perfect amount of space we need and indulge in the many nearby offerings. It's a short drive to St. Michaels and other amazing local destinations and honestly, we plan to come back to this place as often as we can. The hosts could not possibly be more accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive.

Wonderful hosts, great before and during stay communication, very friendly and welcoming. Cottage was cozy, well appointed and had the best view from the screened porch for morning coffees and evening glasses of wine!
Our trip was so nice! We were greeted with a charcuterie board & wine! The place was beautiful inside & out. We loved sitting on the porch and walking around the community. Definitely recommend! We also loved their pet duck

Charming cottage right on the Tred Avon River. Just as advertised. Very quiet and serene. Greeted by a thoughtful basket of treats. Close to all the best spots on the Eastern Shore. A screened in porch to die for with a swing and a couch. For a couple, this a spectacular place.

Lovely cottage on well-kept and private property. Nicely equipped kitchen if you want to dine in, but many good options nearby for eating out. We arrived slightly road weary to find a generous and delicious charcuterie board waiting for us - one of several hospitable touches provided by the thoughtful and accessible hosts.

Everything as promised. Lovely cottage on larger estate property. Great decor. Comfortable. Wonderful views. Loved the neighborhood. Kayaked multiple times and used the bikes. Would visit again.
What a lovely cottage! My husband and I had a great 3 night stay in June 2023. We enjoyed the spectacular views, biking, kayaking and touring the area. Kelly and David are fantastic hosts, leaving us a welcome note with a basket of goodies and a bottle of wine. This is a lovely, peaceful getaway!
I don’t want to over gush/drool, but we couldn’t be happier with our anniversary weekend at Goose Neck Point. Beautiful location, cool/cozy cottage and the owners/hosts couldn’t be nicer — above and beyond, you’ll see. So thanks again to them, and we can’t wait to return!

We had a very stressful summer and needed some chill out time. This weekend was perfect. The cottage was adorable, stylish and clean. The river views and sunsets were spectacular. The hosts were inviting and gracious (cheese plate!) We even saw an eagle catch a fish! We will be back.
The pictures on line were amazing. But upon arrival, they exceded all our expectations. The cottage was the perfect quiet getaway and there were beautiful views from every angle. Our host were amazing! Couldnt say enough good things about the cottage and our experience there
