The home has three bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with no door separating it from the rest of the house. The loft provides additional sleeping space and is not a fourth private bedroom.

Gather your group at a spacious retreat just 4 minutes from Canyon Lake. The home welcomes up to 12 overnight guests, with flexible sleeping spaces, multiple entertainment areas, and a private backyard built for relaxing together.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The property has flexible sleeping surfaces for groups, while maximum overnight occupancy is limited to 12:

• King bedroom: one king bed
• Bunk bedroom: one full-over-full bunk bed
• Loft: one full-size pullout sofa and one full-over-full bunk bed
• Hall desk area: one single bed

BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom help groups get ready comfortably. Fresh linens and towels are provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Relax in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or cook outside on the covered patio. The small stone water feature near the front of the property is a decorative pond—not a swimming pool. There is no pool on the premises.

LOCATION
Canyon Lake, boat ramps, parks, restaurants, and shops are minutes away. Comal Park is approximately 3 minutes away, Canyon Lake 4 minutes, Cranes Mill Park 6 minutes, and Cranes Mill Marina 8 minutes.

GOOD TO KNOW
Children are welcome, and a crib or pack-and-play is available. Pets are welcome subject to the listing’s pet restrictions and a $200 pet fee per stay. Events, loud parties, smoking, and street parking are not allowed. The primary renter must be at least 25.

This was by far the cleanest place our family has stayed at. The bathrooms and kitchen were impeccably clean. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have both bottled and coffee available. The master bathroom made me feel like I was at a 5 star hotel.

Great stay for a River Trip!

Although we missed out on experiencing Canyon Lake, my coworkers, partner and I stayed for two nights at the property. It was all around a great experience! The house was clean, inviting, and spacious, just as advertised. We would definitely stay here again for a future trip! Communication with the owner was extremely fast as well!

Great Getaway at Canyon Lake

Our family decided on a last minute getaway to Canyon Lake and we found the most charming home! It was close to lake activities, Greune, and New Braunsfel. Amazing house and perfect location

We stayed a week in July with family and friends for a memorial. The house was perfect for our group which ranged from teens to seniors. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was well maintained, and the communication with Kevin was amazing! We definitely recommend this location when visiting Canyon Lake.

Great Property

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A little need to know information there is a grocery store/gas station/fast food at the end of the street that is very convenient and does not in any way impact your experience at the home. The neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful. The lake is not far either...the water is low but you can still get great photos.

Canyon Lake escape

this was the most luxurious and fully equipped property. Our small family enjoyed the luxurious amenities that this property offered. We were continuously amazed by the fulfillment of every detail which made our stay, not only comfortable, but extremely enjoyable. Everything from the showers to the bathrooms to the laundry room and especially the bedrooms were fabulous. On our next visit to Texas to visit our son and his wife, we eagerly anticipate again staying in this wonderful property, which became home to us. A special thanks to the owner, Kevin, who was very attentive to all of our needs. when we first checked in, the combination for the front door did not work. Kevin immediately came to our rescue to make sure that we were able to enter the property. We very much appreciated Kevin‘s attention to all of our needs and for his generosity with a lovely gift basket.

We spent 4 nights with 8 of our grandkids. The house was comfortable and everyone enjoyed our time there. The game tables were great for the boys and everyone enjoyed the hot tub.
