We’re Aaron + Erin, the owners of this historic beauty. We fell for its story and have been lovingly reimagining it since 2021. We can’t wait to share this home — and its history — with you.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including the fully fenced backyard. Enjoy all the listed amenities. Check-in is easy with our self check-in system and a secure smart lock. You'll receive detailed instructions and your unique access code before you arrive. We have private driveway parking for up to 3 cars and free street parking.



The Neighborhood:

Step outside and you're immediately in the vibrant heart of historic downtown McKinney! Our eclectic home is perfectly positioned, just a short stroll from an array of local treasures.



Explore unique boutiques, browse art galleries, and discover antique shops – all within a block or two. Foodies, rejoice! You'll find a diverse selection of dining options, from cozy cafes perfect for a morning coffee and pastry (a 2-minute walk) to upscale restaurants ideal for a memorable dinner (a 5-minute walk).



For those seeking a lively evening, bars and live music venues are also within easy walking distance. The neighborhood itself is a charming blend of historic architecture, tree-lined streets, and a great sense of community.

Consider ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft for convenient transportation.



Other Things to Note:

For your safety and comfort, this property is professionally cleaned and maintained following strict protocols. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. You'll receive a unique access code and detailed instructions 24 hours before check-in via the smart lock. Please be aware that three bedrooms are located upstairs, accessible only by stairs.
