Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our place, Ryan! We are glad to hear you enjoyed your overall experience. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding your hair turning green after using our pool. Hi Jorge, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful home, convenient location, and easy access to the beach. Having a great parking setup and a quick path to the sand is definitely the kind of vacation convenience we love to provide! We’re truly sorry that the cleanliness of the home fell short when you arrived. We understand that after planning and investing in a vacation, the last thing anyone wants is to start their stay making a list of things that need attention. We also sincerely apologize that the follow-up cleaning did not resolve the concerns as it should have. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after taking time out of your day to allow the team access. We appreciate you recognizing our team’s effort to assist, and we are taking your feedback seriously. We’ll be reviewing this with our housekeeping and operations teams to help ensure better communication, follow-through, and attention to detail moving forward. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to improve. We hope to welcome you back in the future and provide the seamless, relaxing beach experience you originally expected. Warm regards, Benchmark Management
