The house was great. Well-appointed, great location. Very clean, other than the patio, but that’s to be expected with all the trees. We saw deer in the yard every day. The owner really does need to pony-up the $300 to get a tv from this century. It must be one of the very first flat screens.

This home perfectly suited our needs of being close to town, yet feeling a sense of privacy and seclusion. We appreciated that it was dog friendly. Although it is listed as close to the lake, there is no direct public beach access in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the sunny deck and outdoor fire pit. Cleaning crew could do a more thorough job.

Winter Get Away

This property is in a great location close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a very well equipped kitchen and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The lighting, however, was terrible. It was impossible to read in the evenings: there were no table or floor lamps. The driveway had no lighting. The property was supposed to have garage and laundry access, but it was locked. The snow and ice had not been removed from the deck and home entrance before our arrival or during our stay and was very slippery. We had no access to a shovel. Importantly, when I contacted management regarding this, their response was not helpful. I would stay at this property again, if the lighting issue was resolved. I think in winter months that snow removal for safety should be a priority. Thanks.
