Great place for a short stay in Anchorage

The nice thing is that it was in walking distance to grocery stores and the Matanuska Brewing company! A very good place to stay!

Comfortable bed and kitchen...our assigned parking space was taken and no others were available. The place was clean, not the best neighborhood.

At no point was I contacted about your space being taken. We live on the property and would have immediately remedied the situation if we were made aware. As for the neighborhood, we've been living here for 3 yrs and LOVE our neighbors and community.

Cons: Lack of communication and a loud and sketchy neighborhood. No laundry detergent in the rental like pictured on the website (W/D and proximity to airport is the reason we stayed here). When I messaged the owner at 3:15pm he NEVER responded. Towels were put up damp and dryer still running. No bath mat provided, and only two towels total makes for a slippery exit from the shower. Pros: Place was clean and bed was comfortable.I would not stay here or recommend this place.

The host told me it was unavailable at the last minute and that I needed to cancel the reservation. When I got online and tried to cancel your site told me it was "too late" and that I could no longer cancel. I was charged for a stay that didn't happen and I should get a full refund. On top of that I had to locate a motel room at the last minute at a much higher cost. I would not recommend this place or host to anyone.
