Thoughtful design, comfortable beds and linens. Plenty of space and welcoming for our dog, teenager, and elderly grandmother. Enjoyed the fenced in back yard, patio lights, quick responsive communication. Would definitely stay again if in the neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. Loved how spacious the house was, and I was very pleased that the shower had good water pressure and actually stayed hot. The beds were just a little bit stiff, but overall, slept well. The host was great and responded timely. Check-in and check-out was a smooth process. I would stay here again for sure!

Great family vacation

The property worked great for our group of 11 people. The house was supplied with everything we needed for our 6-day stay to visit Virginia Beach, Colonial Williamsburg, and Norfolk. Great time!!

Family getaway

The house is everything it says, very spacious, well decorated and cozy. We absolutely loved our stay to visit with our son, daughter in law, and new grandbaby. The entire family had a wonderful time and the little ones loved the backyard, and the fire pit to make smores. Would definitely stay again!!

First VRBO experience

Was thankful for the space to have our family all together. Management was well informed of any questions and answered promptly. Grateful for having a space for my family instead of a hotel.

Great place with good amount of space

5 night stay with members of a high school girls wrestling team and some parents. The girls liked that it was a short walk to the beach. We had plenty of room for the girls to stay upstairs while the adults had the bedrooms downstairs. Good location as far as not a super busy road but still close to the main roads to be able to get around quickly. We would stay here again.

Boo Williams tourney stay

The living / kitchen area is spacious and open which worked great for 11 people. The only trouble we had with this rental was using 2 bathrooms with 11 people but it wasn’t that big of a deal overall.

Nice house.

Older, updated house. Close beach access on the bay. AC couldn't keep up. Wish there was a grill. Would sray again if we come back to the area. Communication was great with property management.

Family Thanksgiving

Good space/location, would have given 4.5+ rating if option. Given how many people the house sleeps, short on plates, utensils, and seating. Also would have been nice to have had more than 1 hand towel per bathroom.

Overall a good time was had by the family. Family was being a family with family noises inside of the house and we were told we weren't quiet enough according to the noise alert system they had in the house. So be sure you are quiet when you use the outside areas of the home..also you may want to bring your own/additional towels and paper goods (plates, cups, toilet paper and trash bags ).The property is listed as pet friendly so keep that in mind as to where pets may lay... I don't have any pets but was very aware of past visiting pets presence..
