We invite you and your family to our newly remodelled 3B/2BA home in a quiet residential neighbourhood. During your stay, enjoy local beaches, shopping, restaurants & entertainment. End your day in our backyard oasis with cosy outdoor seating, grill & 6 person hot tub or enjoy a home cooked meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Challenge a family member to a game of pool or enjoy a movie on one of our many smart TVs. If working becomes necessary, you can count on our fast WI-FI

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room with comfy sofa, 65" Smart HDTV. 43" smart TV in each of the 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with private bathroom. Second bedroom with king bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds. Ample closet space, central air-conditioning.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and dining basics. New refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, breakfast bar with seating and dining table for 8. Traditional coffee maker, blender, wine opener, cutting board, knife block, baking utensils
There is washer and dryer and pool table, grill, and fire pit

Enjoy the evening in a heated hot tub/spa or just sit back & relax in fenced in backyard with covered porch, have a barbecue or just lay back and enjoy the day

Guests have full keyless, access and complete privacy inside the home. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on Airbnb. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully renovated house . The hot tub was used often and was a great amenity to have . The neighborhood was quiet and the house was close to every where we wanted to go …. Beaches, shops. The beds were so comfortable ! My only suggestion is to have a binder with house rules/instructions and suggestions for restaurants, beaches, shopping etc. available.

The home was very clean and spacious. The fenced in back yard was great for our two small dogs and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Neighborhood was very quiet too. We had couple minor issues but our host was very responsive to messages and all was good. We would definitely recommend this property.

Apollo Beach trip.

Great location and really nice and comfortable house had everything anyone would need and an awesome outdoor area to relax with hot tub, table and grill.. I would stay there again when returning to Florida.

Great place

Great place for a weekend with friends or if traveling with family. Very clean, spacious and comfortable! Antonia is very friendly and responds very quick. The house is located in a very nice and quiet area. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay!

We were looking for a place for a family gathering, and this was indeed the perfect place! From the large dining table that held all 8 of us easily, to the pool table that kept everybody entertained. The beds were comfortable, the location good. There was also plenty of outdoor seating. We couldn't have picked a better place! We will definitely look to return next year as this get-together has become a yearly tradition!

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped property

Great experience, comfortable and clean property. I really appreciated that the kitchen had all of the normal kitchen things you need to cook meals - great set of pans, cooking utensils and plenty of plates, glasses, flatware. Not always the case in vrbo rentals! Definitely recommend. Nice backyard too with big hot tub and gas firepit. Publix, CVS and good liquor store within 5 minutes drive. Everything you need.

Great House

Inside was completely remodeled. Great location, too. We were within an hour of St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Anna Maria/Bradenton Beach area and Sarasota. Host was great, too. Also, another review mentioned beds were an issue. It is a newer type of bed frame, adjusted the matress on the frame and it was fine. Beds were really comfortable. Thanks Anthonia!

Get-away at Apollo Beach

It was well kept. Not too happy with bed in master room. Dip in the middle of the mattress. Slept uncomfortably all 3 nights. Had to wash ALL bedding. We saw some hairs and stains on sheets and pillow cases. Other than that the layout of the house was very welcoming. All seven of us ate comfortably at the dining room table. Grandkids enjoyed the pool table.

It is also less than 1 mile to the Apollo Beach Park & Recreation Center, which is a park that includes basketball courts, tennis courts, skate park, walking paths, playground, splash pads and dog park. There is easy accessibility to large beaches in the area such as St Pete Beach (St Petersburg) which is approximately 38miles away.
