Consider visiting various top dining locations, any of our 3 amazing beach settings in Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Beaches. Like taking in nature....consider a nature walk around Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve! On a super hot day visit our local waterpark Sunsplash which is only 10 minutes from this property! You will love the morning sunrises and want to make this an annual retreat! Centrally located and close to shopping, dining and all kinds of activities!!! Washer and dryer on site. Our goal is for you to feel right at home!

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Grill- clean the grill after use with the cleaning tool provided. DO NOT USE WIRE BRISTLES ON GRILL! $25 cleaning fee if grill is not cleaned, and $100 if wire bristles are found in grill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
