The spacious loft is a cozy TV area, full-sized sofa bed plus full size bed and one of our four TVs. This is an area in addition to our two bedrooms and NOT considered one of the bedrooms.

Clearwater Condominiums has TWO IN-GROUND POOLS at the Water's edge. Large decks around the pools with plenty of seating and tables to enjoy lounging!

Our unit is located 2 miles off highway 54 with no gravel roads to travel.

Top floor No Elevator
Sorry Clearwater doesn’t allow grilling due insurance.

Old Kinderhook, Lake Valley golf courses, Ballpark National all close by.

Shopping at one of the largest outlet malls in the country is about a 20 minute drive away.

Facilities are all superb, the condo is spacious and inviting, and check out process very simple. You'll want to turn on the water heater the moment you arrive if you like a hot shower at night. Wonderful views from the balcony!

Fabulous Stay!

The condo unit and grounds are very well maintained. The view was great, we loved having the boat slip right outside of the condo and the place was spacious! The loft area provided for what felt like it’s own unit. The condo had every accommodation needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of toiletries. We were very pleased with the thought and care that was taken to set up guests with a nice and worry-free getaway! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Great condo with a nice view

This was a great property on the quiet side of the lake. We stayed from Sunday through Friday and the condo complex was very quiet. We had the pool virtually to ourselves most days. The condo was clean and had a great view. We spent a lot of time out on the deck in the mornings or watching the sunset in the evenings. We had older children with us and the loft area was a great place for them to hang out. A short drive by boat or car to many lake destinations. We would defiantly stay here again.

This condo is just perfect for our needs. It is clean and has a well stocked kitchen. It is also perfect for us because this condo comes with a boat slip. The only negative is that we encountered a problem with the TV in the second bedroom, but we think the cable tv box had gone bad. We contacted the owner and he responded back to us quickly. This was our second stay at this property and we won't hesitate to go back there again.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay here. It was a lot of space and very nice and neat.The decor was awesome!! They had everything you need to make you feel at home.The Neighbors were and nice and very friendly as well. We fish the whole trip and enjoy ourselves! The swmming pool area was lot of fun for my son.If you are a person that like to have fun, this is for you.Its a lot of steps but over all great location. I will be coming back to this property, it felt just like home. I give you 5 stars Deb and Scott!! I must not forget great lake view!!

Great condo with all the necessities

This condo had everything we needed and more! Plenty of kitchen items to cook meals, papertowls, trashbags, etc. Bathroom same way. Even laundry soap was available for us. Owners were great to work with. Answered all my questions promptly. Beds were comfy extra sheets for the pullout and 3 bathrooms was a must for us with a family here coming for a baseball tournament. Great view off the deck and the pool was great. Even had live music one night at the little gathering place pavilion there. You wont be disappointed with this condo!!! Very pleased with our stay. Excellent 5 stars 🌟

The use of the television and remotes was not intuitive. The subscription for Netflix allowed us to watch one movie. When we tried to watch a second movie the tv displayed that the subscription no longer was provided. Very Disappointing with that.

Great location for two couples to relax and getaway, each with their own space. Very well furnished, with easy check-in and check-out process. Really enjoyed our time there - especially the pools and the patio.
