Queen second bedroom with beautiful modern furniture. Queen over Queen loft beds provide enough space for adults. Second full bathroom is also on the second floor, half bath is located on the first floor. Laundry room with full size washer and dryers. Granite counters, solid wood slow close cabinets, backyard with wood privacy fence.

Great, super clean, and stylish!

This place is great, super clean, stylish, and equipped with everything you may need and more. Laura and Pavla were outstanding hosts and we loved all of the special touches (eg. tea collection, K cups, mini jars of tic tacs, a puppy corner with dog toys....etc) The communication was flawless and check in went extremely smoothly. The beds were comfy and the pillows super soft! We only wish we could have stayed longer and taken more advantage of the free access passes to parks and the lake. We are already planning on coming back to explore the area and to golf. Thank you!!

Our idea of a vacation is a good mix of experiences (or at least the opportunity for them).

We offer a brand new condo (everything in it is new as of 9.1.22).

You can spend the day relaxing in our modern and comfortable retreat, or let us help you plan a day of wine tasting in Fredericksburg, fishing or jet skiing on the lake, and if you want some city time, going downtown Austin for some live music and fun!
