Villa with large pool for 8 people and great views and AC
The villa can be reached in 45 minutes from Malaga Airport. The beaches of Torre del Mar are 15 km away. The view from the terrace is fantastic and extends to the sea. The village of Benamargosa is 1.5 km from the house. There you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, hospitals.
The house is very quiet. A 650 m long, partially concrete path leads from the main road to the house. The main house has 3 bedrooms with AC 2 bathrooms, a large living room with adjoining kitchen, which is fully equipped. The studio with the 4th bedroom with AC, and adjacent full bath is very large and can be reached via an outside staircase.
The pool with 4X10 m is large for the local conditions, 8 sun loungers are available, as well as a brick grill.. Enjoy the flowers and especially the peace.
