Cinzia is a super host. Communication was great from booking, through checking in till after we left. The house was clean and 160 steps away from the beach. Location was good. About 3km from Scales and close to other main towns.

Excellent location if you like the sea

When we were there a few days in the off-season (April) it was a quiet place close to the sea - the beach is some steps away, but we had it nearly exclusiv in this time of the year. The apartment had enough space, as had the veranda looking to the sunset. Recommendable !

Abbiamo passato una piacevolissima settimana in questa casa! La casa è ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Bellissimo lo spazio esterno da dove si possono godere splendidi tramonti sul mare e da dove si accede direttamente con delle scale ad una spiaggetta di sassi con acqua pulita!La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e super disponibile!

Tout était absolument parfait; la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle, quelques marches et vous arrivez sur une petite plage très belle (il vaut mieux avoir des chaussures pour aller dans l'eau). La maison dispose de tout ce sont vous avez besoin et même beaucoup plus (produits de nettoyage, transats, parasol, bouée...). La maison se situe à 5 minutes du centre animé de Scalea.Seul petit bémol, le jet de la douche était assez faible et l'eau du coup ocille entre froid et chaud mais je l'ai signalé aux propriétaires et je suis sûre qu'ils feront le nécessaire.Ils sont d'ailleurs très gentils et serviables.Merci pour ce magnifique séjour!

Очень прекрасный дом с ошеломляющим видом на море и природу . Только рекомендую!

Я была вместе со своей семьей в доме . Нам очень понравилось там: уютно , всё имеется на кухне и всё для удобства и хорошего отдыха . Море и частный пляж с душем прямо под боком ( пляж - бухта очень привлекательна для плавания с маской : как на коралловых рифах подводные пейзажи). Восхитительный вид с террасы и с балкона, завтрак под шум морского прибоя . Рядом ( 3 минуты езды на машине)город Скалея . Доступны все рестораны . Разнообразие пляжей и бухт поблизости . Нам очень понравилось. Мы приедим ещё раз обязательно . Спасибо большое Cincia и её папе за гостеприимство и отзывчивость по любому поводу. До скорого . Спасибо

Schönes Reihenhaus

Die Lage direkt über einer Bucht ist schön, ich empfehle Badeschuhe da große Steine im Meer liegen mit Seeigel. Wir hatten sehr sauberes Wasser. Die Wohnung ist schön. In einem Schlafzimmer ist keine Klimaanlage sondern ein Deckenventilator. Sehr gute Matratzen, Bäder sind wohl ziehmlich neu renoviert.Reichlich GeschirrNegativ: Ameisen in der Küche, recht alte Töpfe und Pfannen, es kam keine Müllabfuhr und gibt keine Sammelstelle für Abfall

Leider sehr unzufrieden

Leider war es sehr dreckig. Ein Check out war das einzige was noch eine Lösung war. Schimmel in den Handtüchern, Kochlöffeln und Schränken. Keinerlei Einsicht vom Vermieter. Super anstrengende Reclamation mit FeWo.

Tutto come indicato

Ottima esperienza. La casa è molto carina, l'accesso è su una strada a bassissimo traffico dal quale, attraverso un breve percorso contornato dal verde, si arriva alla porta di ingresso. L'appartamento è molto carino, era pulito e completo di tutto. Al piano terra un cucinino, un bagno di servizio e una sala mentre al piano superiore il bagno principale e due camere, una con letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli. La matrimoniale dotata di pale ventilanti a soffitto e l'altra di split condizionatore. Dalla sala, mediante portafinestra, si accede a una sorta di terrazzo che da direttamente sulla scogliera che, mediante una scaletta, porta alla piccola spiaggia sottostante (molto bella). Due pini marittimi danno bella mostra di se stagliandosi la sera contro il tramonto e il rumore del mare che si frange sugli scogli sottostanti è veramente una musica piacevole da ascoltare stando sulla terrazza per chi cerca quiete e ristoro per la mente. La riviera dei cedri è molto bella e la vacanza è stata molto molto piacevole.

Fijn hus met prachtige uitzicht

Wij hebben 3 heerlijke weken gehad. Het huis is geweldig. Schoon en alle voorzieningen aanwezig. We hebben ons zeer thuis gevoeld. Een goede uitvalsbasis om Calabrië te ontdekken. De eigenaar op alle fronten behulpzaam.

Une villa de rêve

Tout est parfait dans cette villa: une plage de galets familiale à 2 min en descendant les escaliers(chaussures d'eau à prevoir), une vue sur la mer et les montagnes, des couchers de soleil inoubliables. La maison est très bien équipée et propre, c'était parfait. A quelques kilomètres, nous avons decouvert de nombreux villages perchés dans la montagne qui valent le détour. Un seul bémol pour cette maison, la terrasse ne permet pas l'intimité avec les voisins qui étaient en famille avec plusieurs générations et étaient assez bruyants jusque tard le soir. Mais ils sont très gentils et c'est aussi ça la vie à l'italienne. Nous reviendrons c'est certain, merci Cinzia

Wahnsinns Aussicht

Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Vermieter waren bei allen Problemen sofort verfügbar. Schneller Zugang zum Strand. Die Einrichtung könnte modernisiert werden, aber es war alles vorhanden. Wir haben einen Backofen vermisst, aber der war nicht in der Beschreibung aufgeführt, somit natürlich kein Mangel. Die Wohnung hat ohne Zweifel Potential

Prachtig uitzicht. Heerlijk terras. Trap naar strand goed te doen. Zwemschoenen noodzakelijk. Als de buren er zijn (grote gezinnen ) weinig privacy op terras.

So macht Urlaub in Kalabrien Spaß

Zuerst Mal ein ganz ganz großes Lob für die tolle Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Sie steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus hält zu 100 Prozent was die Beschreibung verspricht. Von der Terrasse und dem Balkon kann man das Meer bewundern, wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge Sonnenuntergänge bewundern, einfach genießen. Die Lage und die ganze Umgebung sind traumhaft. Ich kann nur eine ganz große Empfehlung aussprechen.

Lovely villa steps from the sea.

My Wife and I had a great stay at this house a short drive from Scalea a short walk to the sea. The house was fully stocked and the hosts were accommodating. Loved this place looking forward to doing it again.
