Gradevole soggiorno

Appartamento ben attrezzato e pulito. La posizione è stata molto comoda per le nostre escursioni a Maratea, Praia a Mare, Scalea e Diamante, al mare del golfo di Policastro e alla gita in barca all'isola di Dino e alla grotta dell'Arco Magno. Il proprietario molto disponibile.

Appartamento in posizione strategica per visitare la costiera di Maratea

Ho trovato l'appartamento in linea con la descrizione , ampio , pulito e con uno spazio esterno molto curato. Si trova vicino alla spiaggia di Castrocucco , ma vi consiglio di visitare le numerose insenature e calette tipiche della costiera di Maratea , tutte facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La sig.ra Filomena ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare e sui locali dove cenare , e notizie degli eventi in programmazione nella zona.Noi siamo stati piu' che soddisfatti.

Wohnungen in guter Lage

Als ich dieses Domizil gebucht habe, dachte ich, es wäre eine einzelne, geräumige Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es handelt sich jedoch um ein kleine private Apartmentanlage mit 6 einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen, die alle eine große private Terrasse haben. Die Photos in der Anzeige sind lediglich als Einrichtungsbeispiel zu betrachten. Das gezeigte große Wohnzimmer gab es in unserer Wohnung nicht, stattdessen stand in der gezeigten enge Küche ein Zweisitzersofa und auch das Kinderzimmer war kleiner als gezeigt. Bei schlechtem Wetter wäre das richtig ärgerlich gewesen. Allerdings wurden wir durch die herrlich große komplett private teilüberdachte Terrasse unserer Wohnung mit Panoramablick in die Berge und seitlichem Meerblick entschädigt (2.OG), wo wir herrliche Morgen- und Abendstunden verbracht haben. Der Vermieter spricht englisch und ist unkompliziert, zum Strand und zum nächsten Minimarket sind es nur 800 m, ein guter Gemüse- und Obststand ist direkt vor dem Gartentor und alle Ziele an der Costa di Maratea, der Costa di Cedri und im Pollino kann man mit dem Auto in kurzer Fahrt erreichen. Direkt neben der Apartmentanlage stehen zwei kleine Kirchlein, jeweils morgens und abends um sieben Uhr spielt der Glöckner ein niedliches kleines Liedlein, ansonsten ist es herrlich ruhig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war im September gut.

Casa accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata.

Casa accogliente e ben attrezzata, adatta ad accogliere una famiglia con due figli di 11 e 14 anni. Camere spaziose, ampio spazio esterno ben attrezzato. Posizione molto tranquilla e nello stesso tempo strategica per visitare il Golfo di Policastreo spaziando tra Basilicata e Calabria. Spiaggia di Castrocucco, lunghissima e poco frequentata, raggiungibile a piedi in dieci minuti da casa. Le più belle spiagge del Golfo raggiungibili a pochi minuti di macchina. Proprietario cortese e sempre molto disponibile. Ottimo soggiorno per chi ricerca natura e tranquillità.

soggiorno in pieno relax e tranquillita'

molto carino l'appartamento fin troppo grande per due persone ; ci siamo trovati molto bene anche il proprietario è stato sempre molto gentile. Molto interessante tutta la costa di Maratea in particolare la spiaggia de l'arco magno. Peccato che nelle spiagge ci sia poca sabbia e tanta ghiaia . L' appartamento e' in una posizione molto tranquilla ma abbastanza comodo a tutti i servizi senza essere in mezzo al caos. Non c'è aria condizionata ma la sera fa abbastanza fresco visto la vicinanza dei monti; appartamento adatto a famiglie con bambini visto che dispone di una zona esterna da poter utilizzare sia per mangiare che per giocare o rilassarsi . Comoda la spiaggia a 800 metri dall'appartamento abbastanza sabbiosa e molto grande: la spiaggia di Castrocucco sia libera che attrezzata.

A wonderful place to enjoy and relace

In the middle of April we stayed for a week at Castrocucco. We had a wonderful time. The house is located in a small village, 10 minutes to walk to the beach. It is very good equipped and furnished. There are plenty wardrobes and a nice and clean kitchen with a big fridge and a freezer. The garden, the balcony and the view from there to the Mediterranean Sea enjoyed our hearts. The house is located between Maratea and Praia a Mare. Maratea is a beautiful village in the mountains with a historical center. Praia a Mare has kilometers of beach and boulevard. We enjoyed the silence of Castrocusso very much and liked the little trips to the nearby towns too. The owner is a very friendly and warmhearted men, always willing to help and to give good advices what to see and to visit around the area. We came 1800 km by car and it was very much worth this long trip. Thanks to Ernesto, the owner, we will never forget this fantastic week and your kindness.

Ottima sistemazione per vacanza al mare.

Casa vacanza di sicuro interesse per famiglia con figli. Ideale per persone che amano la tranquillità e desiderano una posizione strategica per visitare il Golfo di Policastro e il suo territorio interno. La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione corrispondeva a quanto offerto. L'immobile era in ottimo stato e il giardino stupendo. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili, cordiali e discreti.

Ottima sistemazione in una posizione strategica

Maratea Appartamento #6615272 : l'appartamento corrisponde esattamente a quanto mostrato nelle foto sul sito. La casa é accogliente, pulita, nuova e fornita di tutto il necessario in cucina e bagno. Il proprietario dell' appartamento é una persona a dir poco squisita: cordiale, gentile, discreto e disponibile, ci ha dato suggerimenti sui posti da visitare e su tutto quello che poteva essere utile sapere. In 5 minuti d'auto si raggiunge la lunga spiaggia di Castrocucco, con un mare cristallino e tanto spazio per sistemarsi. Da qui é possibile pianificare tutte le successive gite in auto per accedere alle tante calette e spiaggie tra cui si puó scegliere. C'é l'imbarazzo della scelta in una costa che ti permette di fare visita a Maratea, Praia a Mare e Sapri percorrendo tragitti in auto su una strada che offre una panorama meraviglioso. Ciao Ernesto, grazie ancora di tutto e a presto !!!!
