Great location to all the beaches, stores and restaurants! This location fits our needs perfectly. Very clean and modern, love the interior decor. Check in and out was very easy. Yes it was very accommodating for my small dog. Good neighborhood to walk through.The space was very clean. The kitchen perhaps could have used a small frying or sauté pan. There was only a saucepan. But I adjusted.Host was prompt in answering my questions.

Fantastic place and a wonderful host

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean, actually immaculate. Everything was newly renovated and just felt like a home away from home. I loved her decor. Nella was so welcoming and eager to help with concerns or questions. Location was perfect, close to our family, the beach and restaurants. Our stay was perfect, it exceeded our expectations.

Love the convenience of being close to all the beaches. perfect for one person. Washing machine only had hot hot water so check it before you put your clothes in

Small but has it all!

Private, compact space with everything you need. Very clean, bright studio at a very reasonable price. Outdoor patio area with grill and beach chairs to borrow. Location is ideal, so easy to get to town of Venice or nearby beach, and shopping. Nella (host) was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Nice Accommodations

Great communication with the owner. Appeared to be a new conversion. Love love loved the shower. It had a 12” rainfall head with a separate sprayer. Very comfortable memory foam bed Television moved for easy view from anywhere in the room. Excellent WiFi too. There is a wonderful shaded sitting area outside that is lit at night. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice but I have a couple of suggestions...

The apartment is nice and new. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. Parking was easy and it was close to Manasota and Venice beaches. Wawa on corner 2 block away. I do have a couple of suggestions. First, owner did laundry at 11pm several nights. Their w/d is right by the apartments door with a 1" opening at the bottom of that door that connects the 2 rooms. I would suggest stop doing laundry by 8 pm. Second, the fridge vibrates loudly. Maybe put a rug under it. Lastly, put a throw rug by the bed. I actually put the bathroom rug by the bed so I didn't get sand on the sheets. I enjoyed time outside on the patio area. That was nice. Also thank you for letting me borrow a beach chair. I'd rent again.

Not what we expected.

The apartment inside was new and relatively clean. As we approached the home, we were disappointed it was in a very tired neighborhood. There were 4 trash cans and a car battery in front of the garage door…all week. The patio is extremely uneven and a huge trip hazard. Especially at night. Most frustrating to us was the “apartment” was a one car garage before it was converted into an apartment. We were also frustrated with the countless ants. There’s five other issues that frustrated us but I’ve said enough already. The space is fine if you’re ok staying in a remodel garage.
