4/3 Heart of Aggieland, NEWLY AVAILABLE , Pool Table, HUGE Yard
Our home is located in a great neighborhood in the heart of Aggieland. You will be greeted by huge oak trees in a great front and back yard. Plenty of room for corn hole, bbq or just hanging out on the covered patio with large groups. Just off the patio is an indoor game room equipped with a full-sized pool table for your entertainment! You will also find many board games and puzzles.
Our home was recently remodeled, brand new floors and each room has new mattresses (2022). The living room has two full sizes reclining couches and two overside leather chairs with ottomans. LOTS of floor space and room for blow up mattresses.
The driveway offers plenty of room for 4 vehicles. This house is a great place for families to converge and have a great time!
We bought this house for our son to attend college and now he has graduated. We are happy to provide a nice hometown place for you to enjoy your time in Aggieland!
Less than a mile away is a Wal-Mart SuperCenter, shop online and have a grocery curbside pick-up order ready when you arrive and be set! There are countless restaurants to choose from including DQ, Taco Bell, Canes, Chick Fil A, Panda Express, Sonic, Taco Cabana, all within a mile.
Looking for a nicer dinner place check out Gate 12, The Republic, 1860, Casa Do Brasil.
