Perfect location, we felt so at home, like we were part of the neighborhood. The home was just adorable and a perfect size for four people. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The host was easy to communicate with and we utilized the front porch a lot and hated to leave. The restaurants in the area were very good, we especially liked the new Irish pub, and the manager there, Julian was so nice. We had a great stay.

This was our second stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was a breeze. The house was lovely... everything we needed and beautifully appointed. Every room was spotless, comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect...walkable to the French Lick Resort and Casino and local shops. This is definitely our "go-to" place to stay while visiting the area! Thank you again to our wonderful hosts, Kathy and Jim! We know we can always count on them for a spotless, inviting, beautiful home to connect with our friends and continue our friendships.

A very cozy February getaway! The house was lovely and very clean. We enjoyed an evening movie by the fireplace, and the coffee maker and breakfast granola bars were a great start to each day.

The Toliver House is a MUST stay while in French Lick. The home is beautiful and well equipped. The bedrooms are a nice size and excellent for family stays. Right in town and can walk to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend!
