The Toliver Guesthouse is a spacious, charming and very clean property! We loved the location to walk to restaurants, shopping and hotels. Communication with Kathy was quick and easy. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the hot water and water pressure are perfect as well. The house is well stocked and it was so thoughtful the leave us water and snacks! You will not be disappointed if you stay at this home. We will definitely be back next year!

The Toliver house is a gem in the heart of French Lick. Clean, comfortable and a real home away from home. Walking distance to casino,many restaurants and historical places of French Lick. You could walk to West Baden or take a trolley. This is a place to relax, spend quality time with friends and family, and re-energize. We loved every minute of our time at the Toliver House and French Lick. We highly recommend.

Perfect location, we felt so at home, like we were part of the neighborhood. The home was just adorable and a perfect size for four people. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The host was easy to communicate with and we utilized the front porch a lot and hated to leave. The restaurants in the area were very good, we especially liked the new Irish pub, and the manager there, Julian was so nice. We had a great stay.

A very cozy February getaway! The house was lovely and very clean. We enjoyed an evening movie by the fireplace, and the coffee maker and breakfast granola bars were a great start to each day.

The Toliver House is a MUST stay while in French Lick. The home is beautiful and well equipped. The bedrooms are a nice size and excellent for family stays. Right in town and can walk to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend!
